Scroll down under the image of the BC. That is case 11-402 (RCL). I believe the RCL stands for Royce Lambreth, the judge.
"As displayed on her website, the July 5 subpoena granted Taitz by the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii allows her to examine the original 1961 Obama birth certificate on Aug. 8 at 10 a.m.:" - rest at column.
On August 8th, the director of the Hawaii Dept of Public health refused to honor the subpoena.
Taitz immediately filed another legal motion. An order to show cause hearing, Sept. 14, 2011, over in Hawaii. Taitz also filed a Writ of Mandamus with the local magistrate.
However, today, Judge Lambreth issued his ruling in case no: Civil Action No. 11-402 (RCL) in favor of the defendant.

Upon consideration of defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment , plaintiff’s opposition , the reply thereto , the entire record herein, and the applicable law, and for the reasons set forth in the Court’s Memorandum Opinion issued this date, it is hereby ORDERED that defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED.
Final judgment is hereby entered for defendant, dismissing this case with prejudice. SO ORDERED.

"Dismissed with prejudice" means the case cannot be brought back to court.
I'm not a lawyer, but now that the judge has ruled in favor of the defendant and dismissed the case against Taitz with prejudice, I don't believe the subpoena can be enforced. I could be wrong; I'm sure some of my lawyer friends will let me know.
