On June 2, 2011, Judicial Watch released documents that show the Obama FCC’s collusion with a radical leftist organization to seize control over the Internet. This investigation caught the eye of congressional leaders, and now it appears a congressional probe of the matter is in the offing.

The documents we uncovered show that the Obama FCC was deeply involved in discussions with the radical leftist organization Free Press in the run up to the December 2010 FCC vote. How deep? Free Press reached out to the FCC to invite FCC Commissioner Michael Copps to write an op-ed for the Albuquerque Journal in advance of a November 16 hearing on Internet Access. Free Press helped coordinate a speaker’s list for FCC "Internet workshops" — which was a "Who's Who" of liberal activists.
There were also a series of back-and-forth emails to set up meetings between Copps and former Free Press President John Silver just before the net neutrality vote:

"DARPA has an interest in figuring out how to get around the decaying process of cellular life, and they use the term creating an immortal organism," he explains. "But it's more than just an organism. They consider it to be potentially a lethal force that can be used in military application.
"Wired Magazine actually referred to it as a living, breathing creature. And DARPA admits that the force of this living creature, this immortal organism, could be so potent that it ought to also have what they call a 'kill switch' introduced into its organism so that in case it gets out of hand, we could throw the switch and stop it, or if it became available to our enemies, we could throw the switch and stop it."
Horn says top minds at the Pentagon are marching humanity in this direction, even if it's meant for self-defense.
"They were talking about this kind of technology in the hands of our enemies, and what they were saying was, 'We have to get at the forefront of this technology,'" he explains. "See, this is how we're going to be forced into this. It's not a matter of whether we should or whether it's ethical. We have to do it, because if we don't, our enemies will, and then they're going to subjugate us to their will."
In the summer of 2008, Rep. Brad Sherman, D-Calif., chaired a House Foreign Affairs subcommittee focusing on the diplomatic and security implications of the spread of "genetics and other human-modification technologies."
Journalist Mark Stencel covered the hearing for Congressional Quarterly (now known as Roll Call), and seemed surprised at the topics discussed, as he reported:

"During these economic times, this is just absurd," says Sodus Town Supervisor Steve LeRoy. "New York State is laying people off and we're trying to find money for water, and construction projects. It's ridiculous."
LeRoy says the new "Frog Crossing" signs are the result of a new state ordinance by the New York State Parks and Recreation Department.
"I just can't imagine anybody stopping their vehichle for a frog," he adds.
The signs, much like moose or deer crossing signs, are bright, reflective, attention-grabbing yellow. Hikers near Chimney Bluff State Park were a little perplexed as to why the signs were put in.

"They're building up this case like, just like we did in Iraq — build up the war propaganda," Paul said. "It's time we quit this. It's time — it's trillions of dollars we're spending on these wars."

Which raises several questions: Could Barack Obama be planning to pull a Lyndon Johnson and say he will not run nor will he accept nomination for another term?
Could he tell the nation that he has accomplished what he wanted to accomplish in passing his Health Care program and now wants to step down to do other things? Could he be planning an honorable exit rather than face defeat in November 2012? Could his approval numbers be so low that he has become unelectable and toxic for the entire Democratic slate? Is there a move afoot to have him step down and name a new Presidential candidate?
These are reasonable questions in light of the recent – and well-planned –comments of Obama not needing a second term.

Obama "Giving In To Temptation"?
Obama "Giving In To Temptation"?:
In a speech last month, Obama told La Raza that it is "tempting" to change immigration laws on his own. Instead of responding with shock, they applauded him. In case you missed it, here's the video.
Now, it appears that Obama is giving in to these temptations. The Washington Times is reporting that the Obama administration will no longer push for deportation of illegal immigrants who do not pose a public safety or national security threat. This is a way to circumvent Congress and force through the executive what Obama could not get through Congress. Although the administration claims it has the power to determine which cases need greater priority, this is not a matter of priorities. Establishing priorities would mean changing the order of cases while still handling all of them. This is dropping all cases except where there are security concerns, something that is much different prioritizing.
