Sen. Marco Rubio's parents were not naturalized at the time of his birth. Is he a "natural born Citizen?"
I heard you the other day say that Marco Rubio was a natural born Citizen, period, end of story. You were very exercised over the issue.
Marco Rubio is NOT a ‘natural born Citizen‘. The ONLY place in the Constitution, or in any of the amendments where that phrase is used is in Article II, Section 1. You know that. It was meant to be a unique requirement of someone who would be President, or Vice President............
