IT IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE that everyone who takes the Oath to uphold and defend the Constitution also swears, indirectly, considering the Preamble (i.e. the Declaration), Articles, and Amendments to the Constitution, to not follow unlawful or immoral orders or orders given by unlawfully-acting elected representatives of the government.

IT IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE in all of Congress, the Judiciary, and SCOTUS that the meaning of natural born Citizen in Article II is that both parents had to be U.S. citizens at the time a candidate for President and Vice President was born (no matter where in the world they were born).

IT IS ALSO COMMON KNOWLEDGE that Soetoro/Obama does not meet that Constitutional qualification, and is therefore an unlawfully-acting representative of our government.

(NOTE: Anyone smarter than a 5th-grader would know that Obama does not meet Constitutional qualifications, and it takes 12 grades of education to be accepted in the Military)

Williams’s recent moving article “Will Those Who Took an Oath Save Our Republic?” he enumerates the oaths of office of enlistment or commission for the Military, Congress, Justices & Judges, Federal employment, and Law Enforcement – 21 million souls in all – sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution in its entirety.
