Dear Congressman Cassidy:

Enclosed is an article by Gary Stevens entitled: “The Coup d’etat on January 21, 2009:  And Why Does Congress Stand By And Do Nothing?”  You need to read and re-read until the reality of what is happening to our beloved country sinks in.  Mr. Cassidy, I am growing increasingly angry at you and your cohorts on the Hill who have decided that Barack H. Obama is above the law.  

The executive order #13489, signed into law not a day into his illegal presidency,  uses the following language in the first sentence:  “By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America.”  With the stroke of a pen, this usurping, lying, dishonest man sealed all of his records.  

Why?  And he invokes the Constitution?  You’ve got to be kidding me.  How can this charlatan cite the Constitution for this while completely ignoring Article II, Section 1, Clause 5?  Pretty brazen, don’t you think?

I cannot imagine what was said or done to silence every single Republican in the House and Senate on the issue of the usurper’s eligibility.  According to Minor v. Hapersett, two U.S. citizen parents are necessary for offspring to be considered natural-born. 

Whatever misinformation the Congressional Research Service has disseminated cannot alter the fact that this case has never been superseded or overturned.  Apparently the Congress realized this precedent was binding or why else would it be necessary to attempt to change the definition of natural-born Citizen  numerous times between 2003 and 2008? None of the eight attempts were successful.
