(Jan. 12, 2012) — If re-elected, Barack Obama will kill the United States quickly. Any one of the leading Republican candidates will simply do it more slowly.

The erosion of the Constitution and our Constitutional rights has been happening quietly for a long time. With the election of Obama in 2008, corrupt politicians, their operatives and the mainstream media just decided not to bother hiding that fact anymore.

Corrupt American politicians, the operational arm of the multinational, wealthy and networked elite, preserve the illusion of democracy for the now disenfranchised voters, while journalists, falsely proclaiming themselves as tireless defenders of liberty, then distort the news in an attempt to manipulate public opinion.

It’s Harum Scarum time between now and November 6 and separating reality from the lies and propaganda will be necessary to outwit the $1 billion re-election Barry Soetoro Obama campaign.
Right after election, Obama dove into Alice in Wonderland mode with a “secret” White House Halloween Party in 2009.  Even as the mainstream media was advising all to “cut him a break” in a wait-and-see strategy for the newbie President, the Obamas and their hanger on Hollywood friends were symbolically celebrating dropping America down the Rabbit Hole.

In July 2008, presidential candidate Barack Obama vowed to create a “civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded” as the U.S. military.
Apparently no one else in the national press found that promise newsworthy, because I was the first to call it to the attention of the public days later. Interestingly, the pledge had been stricken from transcripts of the speech handed out to media.
What ever happened to the “civilian national security force” initiative? No one in the press has dared to ask that question.
But two recent developments suggest Obama may have found an innovative way to achieve his objectives to militarize the homefront without creating a new national security force:

• In December, both houses of Congress passed the defense reauthorization bill that killed the concept of habeas corpus – legislation that authorized the president to use the U.S. military to arrest and indefinitely detain American citizens without charge or trial.

• This week, over the objections of Joint Chiefs of Staff, the National Guard’s top officer became the fifth member of that body that advises the president on national security matters.

“There is no compelling military need for this change,” said Army General martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs, during his congressional testimony on the bill. Nevertheless, Congress knew better. Obama knew better. In fact, all six four-star generals testified in a Nov. 10 hearing of the Senate Armed Services Committee that the idea of including the National Guard honcho as a member of the Joint Chiefs would create needless confusion and reduce the authority of the other military representatives.
But it gets even worse.

I believe that Obama needs to be brought down legally before the 2012 election, which will go a long way to end corruption in Washington, D.C. because the bipartisan corruption will then be fully exposed to the American people.

In my opinion, not one of the Republican Presidential candidates will address Obama’s ineligibility or his felonies.

They will continue to ignore or bury the evidence, even after a Republican victory over Obama because there are too many senior Republicans complicit in the cover-up.

Eisenhower had outranked Patton during war, having been appointed Supreme Commander. At the end of the war Patton was in fact the highest ranking officer in the US Military. In peacetime the Armed Forces would fall under the authority of Patton.

It was not good news for the Republicans though, because Patton was considered too stubborn and iron-willed to take orders from Wall Street and professional politicians. The Russians were in great dread of Patton, wondering whether he would continue to wage war and cross through their lines.

The conclusion to all of this is one that even I did not want to think of until recently. But the Revolution will not be American. Not anymore. We have learned our lessons well.

Modern Americans are riddled with apathy. If you want to know how far it can go, think of the worst atrocities the Nazis committed and realize there were no crowds storming the gates of Auschwitz . Foreign, invading soldiers opened those gates. And so shall it be with us.

We can’t wake the sleeping giant. But someone, somewhere, can club it in the head. Political Correctness was developed at the Institute for Social Research in Frankfurt, Germany, which was founded in 1923 and came to be known as the "Frankfurt School." The feature article of the June 2004 issue of "The Insider," published by The Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C., is one of dozens of articles written over the past twenty years or so by Roger Pilon of the Cato Institute urging Americans to educate themselves on how the Constitution supposedly limits government. Cato Institute staffers are known for carrying little pocket-sized copies of the Constitution around with them, presumably so that they will never miss a chance to prove to anyone who will listen that there is indeed a way of limiting government: enforce the Constitution.


But this whole enterprise of preaching about the Constitution, as conservatives and libertarians have been doing since at least the 1930s, is utterly futile. It has had no effect whatsoever, yet Cato, Heritage, and many other institutions continue to churn out essentially the same old arguments about how the Constitution can limit government.

In fact, Obama could be removed from office or forced to resign at any time, if the requirements of Article II, Section I, Clause 5 were enforced and his crimes were properly investigated.

It is time that we stand our ground, not to make a political point, but, more importantly, to take back our government, preserve our Constitution and save our republic.

The American people can mount a credible threat against the Republican establishment by leveraging our most potent weapon, our vote, and withholding it until they address Obama’s illegal Presidency and his crimes both before and after occupying the Oval Office.

If we can no longer persuade the Republican leadership to respect us and our opinions, then fear will do.....

Arthur Blaustein, professor of social policy and community development at UC Berkeley was our guest on our radio talk show “The Fairness Doctrine.” After bemoaning a lack of economic education in America, the progressive professor laid out his economic theory. Intoning age-old clich s, the good professor spoke of the “vast income disparity” between the “top 1%” and the rest of America.

He held the “millionaires and billionaires” responsible for high unemployment and poverty. He earnestly spoke of the need for “income redistribution” and called for a fair division of “the pie.”.....

The broadcast media’s ignorance and unwillingness to cover the National Defense Authorization Act, a radical piece of legislation which outrageously redefines the US homeland as a “battlefield” and makes US citizens subject to military apprehension and detainment for life without access to a trial or attorney, is unacceptable.

Guys, this is far more important than Penn State’s Disgusting Creep of the Decade, or even Conrad Murray’s sentencing.

Call it what you will: a military junta, a secret invalidation of Americans’ civil rights, a Congress gone mad. Whatever it is, it needs to be covered by the press, and quickly.

Anderson Cooper, Brian Williams, Rachel Maddow, Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, Neil Cavuto and the other handful of household names that mainstream America relies on for news should be talking about this non-stop.....

What Americans have learned is that those who take oaths and those who keep them are seldom the same folks. “Oaths” seem to come with more than a bit of “wiggle-room.”

Here is what an oath sounds like to a citizen:

“I (state your name) promise to protect and defend the constitution of the United States and to perform my duties with honor…..”

This could be a judge, a soldier, a dog warden, even a police officer. The problem of late has been that those who take oaths seem to have held what we term “mental reservations and evasions” while taking their oaths.


They think they swore to “weasel word” oaths.....

The Federal Security Service (FSB) is reporting today that the “secret letter” sent to Prime Minister Putin by Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda contains a warning that United States President Barack Obama has issued an executive-level “kill order” against US Congressman Ron Paul over fears this charismatic politician, who many believe could capture the Republican Presidential 2012 nomination, is about to expose to all Americans what can only be described as the largest mass theft in human history. The “kill order” is a metaphor for silincing down congressman Ron Paul in the mass media as if he doesn’t exist.


According to this report, Prime Minister Noda first became aware of this “kill order” after a private meeting with Obama at last weeks ASEAN Summit meeting in Indonesia when the American President expressed his “unconstrained joy” over the toppling of the Greek and Italian governments in bloodless coups by EU banksters who installed to run these countries unelected former Goldman Sachs executives.

Not known to many Americans is that the giant global investment firm Goldman Sachs put Obama into office by being its top donor and after winning the Presidency put so many of its former executives into the US government it is known as the “Wall Street Cabinet.”

The qualifying “classical” is now usually necessary because liberalism has come to be associated with wide-ranging interferences with private property and the market on behalf of egalitarian goals, ie socialism.

Quite a few people have emailed me begging me to critically review Bill O'Reilly's new book, Killing Lincoln, about the assassination. They do this not because they have read the book, which is a big, boring bag of nothingness, but because they've heard O'Reilly spout the neocon party line about "Father Abraham" on his television show and they smell a rat.

I've read the book, and it really is a big bunch of nothing. All it is is a narrative of the events leading up to the assassination. Over 100 books are already in print on the subject, and all O'Reilly and his coauthor do is cut and paste what others have written on the subject, but without including a single footnote!

Meet Judge John Roll
“Widely respected.” “A wise jurist.”
The US news media heaped on the praise, but was purposefully vague about who this extraordinary judge was and what he actually did.

The early and oft-repeated media claim “the judge was just in the wrong place at the wrong time” doesn’t ring true for several reasons, the most important being how the heck would they know and know so quickly?

Equally as suspicious, why did they feel the need to repeat this statement over and over again from the very beginning of the reports? Who inserted this into the news stream?

Judge Roll was an opponent of the Federal government overreaching its authority.
Specifically:

1. He ruled against federal imposition on states rights in gun law matters,

2. He ruled against elements of the Patriot Act (the part where federal “law enforcement agents” can seize your bank account without cause), and

3. He ruled against the newly announced FEMA Governor system in which the federal government plans to take the power of elected state Governors and put in in the hands of federally-appointed “regional” governors in the case of an “emergency.”

It’s a rare judge these days that stands up to this BS or shows any interest in the Constitution at all.


And he ended up dead in the parking lot of a Safeway Supermarket at the hands of a “lone nut” who local law enforcement allowed to run wild publicly making violent threats against employers and school administrators.

The GOP establishment wants, and needs, more time to work the Republican herd. They’ll do this much as they did in 2008. Destroy electable candidates and run losing liberal nominees.

Thus, we see the GOP leadership express great satisfaction with Romney and Perry, both big spending statists, while doing everything they can to destroy the reputations of the Republicans with more grass roots appeal, like Cain and Ron Paul.

Cain’s crossover appeal to the neocon, progressive, and small government wings of the GOP was frightening – he might have actually won, and then try to change the status quo – and thus he had to be taken out.

I doubt Cain would ever have attempted real change, but I’m not as paranoid as the GOP establishment.....

And so now Schoen and Caddell have written another piece for the Wall Street Journal saying to Obama, you have a duty to your country and the party to get out of the race.
You can’t win, and even if you do win, the only way is by going so negative that the country’s torn apart in the middle of the campaign and after you win going so ugly and so dirty you’re not gonna be able to govern. You’re gonna rip the country apart, not to mention your party.


And then Caddell and Schoen said if Obama won’t go on his own it’s up to Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid to go up to the White House and tell him to leave. And, remember, I said in a spirit of helpfulness, that Schoen and Caddell have gone about this the wrong way, because Obama’s a narcissist. You don’t go up to him and tell him to leave ’cause he’s a failure. With narcissists that doesn’t compute.

If you really want to get rid of Obama, you gotta go up and tell him how the current job’s beneath him. You gotta tell him how, “We can tell you’re not interested, Barack. We can see this doesn’t turn you on. You and your wife don’t even like living in the White House. We can tell you don’t like the job. You’re so much more qualified than something as small as president of one country. You know, your country, America‘s no different than any other country. You yourself said it, Barack.

We’re just like any other country, we’ve got a flag. And that’s the only thing that makes us different, our flag’s different from the other countries. You need to be running the world.”

That’s how you shoulda done it, Schoen, and that’s how you shoulda done it, Mr. Caddell. If you’d-a written a piece that catered to Obama’s ego and gave him an option of something much more powerful and much bigger, then maybe he would have listened. But I don’t think he’s finished with his mission. He’s got a good start, but he’s not finished. Caddell was on Fox News Channel, Cavuto‘s show. Was it the business channel or regular Fox? It doesn’t matter. They had a discussion about the super committee bombing. This is what Pat Caddell said.
