Evidence continues to mount that President Obama was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, raising concerns over his presidential eligibility.
Obama’s American mother, Ann Dunham, separated from her first husband, Barack Obama Sr., in 1963 when the president was 2 years old. Dunham and Obama Sr. are reported to have later divorced.
In Hawaii, Dunham married Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian, in 1965 and moved to Indonesia in October 1967.
Divorce documents filed in Hawaii on Aug. 20, 1980, refer to Obama as the “child” of both Soetoro and Dunham, indicating a possible adoption in the U.S.
The divorce records state: “The parties have 1 child(ren) below age 18 and 1 child(ren) above 18 but still dependent on the parties for education.”

It may be a while before Congress & Friends get this whole Net Neutrality debate squared away. But that’s no biggie, since Dan Kaminsky has cooked up his own little solution to figure out if your ISP is throttling service. It’s called N00ter, short for neutral rooter, and Kaminsky showed it off for the first time at the Black Hat security conference in Las Vegas, reports Forbes.
Here’s how it works: N00ter scopes out whether or not an ISP is artificially slowing down or boosting traffic to and from a specific site. It basically acts as a VPN, sending traffic through a proxy and masking its source and desired destination.

This is really disgusting! The so called “Bus Tour” was not a bus tour at all !
An AP reporter said that Obama might have ridden these expensive buses only one mile at each stop. Therefore, it wasn’t really a "BUS TOUR"! Obamaspent most of the “BUS TOUR” on an airplane traveling between stops. Itlooks like Obama has scammed the American people again........with the help of the liberal media. It’s no damn telling just how much this "show" cost the American taxpayer.

The newly projected paths show that it may barely clip the eastern coast, if at all. Just as Ophelia did when it threatened the same region.” Irene stalled and changed directions similar to Ophelia seen in the graphic provided. Clearly, these types of drastic changes are not a natural path for hurricanes.
A few articles have speculated that HAARP earthquake weapons were to blame, in conjunction with manipulating hurricane Irene. Indeed, when one knows even the basic capabilities of HAARP, this does not seem too far-fetched. Press Core seems to think the seismic data proves it was more similar to an underground nuclear detonation.
One thing is for sure, the mysterious characteristics of the Virginia quake seem to indicate that it was not a typical earthquake.

I believe that most citizens do not understand what a federal entitlement program is. There are earned entitlements versus a special government entitlement that is given to an individual who needs assistance that is mandated by law.
What is a government entitlement? Note below that some are free and some are not! Why the government is lumping these programs together is beyond me: Only Congress would think this was a proper thing to do. How can a program like military retirement be linked with food stamps? The programs I am associated with should never be diminished by the federal government because they are either paid for by me and my wife or I have earned them. The title of this column is a caption from a recent CNN poll news item which contained some extraordinary comments from poltroons like Jon Kyl of Arizona, a counterfeit U.S. Senator who sold out the people of Arizona and these united states of America with his solid support of lawlessness and the recently defeated amnesty bill. Kyl is quoted in the aforementioned: “It is a sad commentary in America today that many Americans have lost faith in their government,” Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Arizona, said. He added, “Americans don’t believe that their government is representing them, is acting on their behalf. The polls show it.”
And, whose fault is that Kyl? This news item says it’s come down to the people vs the government: “It was a bipartisan bill, supported by President Bush and by most Democrats in Congress. Why didn’t it pass? Because the people didn’t like it.” That’s right, the American people by a margin of some 68-72% were demanding its defeat.
If ever there was a reason for one state to take up a challenge of the fraudulent ratification of the Seventeenth Amendment, it is Arizona. Unless and until the states finally decide they want back their rightful and equal power, the federal machine will continue stomping on them in pursuit of dissolving America and absorbing US into one region of world government with Mexico and Canada. Back in April 2004, Zell Miller [D-GA], a former counterfeit U.S. Senator recommended rescinding the Seventeenth Amendment. You can’t rescind a law that does not exist and the Seventeenth Amendment absolutely, clearly and without question was never ratified by the states of the Union.

The Federal Election Commission is showing signs that it might allow a Guyana-born American citizen to file papers and raise money to run for president of the United States.
The agency released two draft advisory opinions Friday that could permit New York lawyer Abdul Hassan to go through the initial steps to run for president. But the FEC’s pending decision won’t be the last word on the constitutional issue of whether someone born outside the United States can be president.
Hassan was born in the South American country in 1974, and he asked the FEC in July whether he could raise funds as a candidate for president.
The request put the FEC in the rare role of deciding a large constitutional issue that has only a few intersections with campaign finance law. The two commonly held constitutional requirements to run for president are that the candidate be 35 years or older and be a “natural born citizen.”

On July 10, 2003, he proposed “an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to make eligible for the Office of President a person who has been a United States citizen for 20 years” (Senate Joint Resolution 15).
The measure became known as the Arnold Amendment because it would have permitted Austrian-born, naturalized citizen, Arnold Schwarzenegger, then a rising Republican star, to become President.
Democrats have supported such amendments because they allow not only Obama to be President, but also George Soros.
An amendment to the Constitution became unnecessary because a backroom deal was struck between Congressional Republicans and Democrats in 2008 to amend the Constitution by fiat through the illegal Senate Resolution 511.

According to The Washington Post, blacks hold 44 percent of the jobs at Fannie Mae and 50 percent of the jobs at Freddie Mac.
The EEOC, where African-Americans are overrepresented by 300 percent, has been asked to oversee the new "government-wide initiative to promote diversity and inclusion in the federal workforce."

The incessant “news” coverage reflects the way television (and print) news professionals tend to regard viewers as too stupid to make decisions as basic as preparing for the hurricane or evacuating before its arrival, nor do they just report the news, i.e., the facts.
So far as Irene was concerned, they engaged in massive speculation and endless predictions.
In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) became an acronym for incompetence. Presumably lessons have been learned and the agency will perform more effectively if needed.
Americans have been taught that the federal government will always come to their rescue and it rarely does with any efficiency and usually with a great waste of money and resources. Local first responders are usually the best and most reliable................

For my money, the greatest movie ever made is The Third Man, first released 50 years ago and now re-released with restored footage (11 minutes had been cut from the U.S. version). Usually praised as a "classic thriller," it's much more than that: it's a study of evil that bears repeated viewings.
Rarely has a film been blessed by such a perfect combination of direction (Carol Reed), script (Graham Greene), cinematography (Robert Krasker), music (Anton Karas), and excellent casting, right down to the creepy minor characters.
An American pulp-fiction writer named Holly Martins (Joseph Cotten) comes to occupied Vienna just after World War II to take a job writing for an old pal's "medical charity." But upon arrival, he learns that his pal, Harry Lime, has just been run over by his own chauffeur. Holly attends Harry's funeral and talks to witnesses, whose conflicting accounts of a "third man" at the death scene lead him to believe that Harry was murdered. When a cynical British military policeman, a Major Calloway (Trevor Howard), tells him that Harry was "about the worst racketeer who ever made a dirty living in this city," Holly angrily resolves to find "the third man," solve the murder, and shame Calloway by clearing Harry's name.....

The Declaration of Independents: How Libertarian Politics Can Fix What’s Wrong With America. By Nick Gillespie and Matt Welch. Public Affairs, 2011. Xv 264 pages.
Gillespie and Welch rightly see that the Ron Paul movement represents a new force in American politics, but Paul is not really to their taste. On the one hand, these authors note, "Ron Paul said something truly distinct in 2008 about the nature of power – namely, that government should have less of it on all levels and in every instance.
‘I don’t want to run your life,’ Paul said. I don’t want to run the economy. . .I don’t want to run the world.’ Such sentiments are simultaneously radical and fully in the Jeffersonian tradition of governing best while governing least." (pp.38-9)
On the other hand, though Gillespie and Welch applaud this message, they do not care for Paul personally. He has "a stage presence straight out of an Asperger’s syndrome conference. . .For a thousand reasons. . .Ron Paul is in no way a viable candidate for anything other than his safe congressional seat." (p.38-9).
