First Lady Asks for $10K Photo Fee:
How much would you pay to have your picture taken with First Lady Michelle Obama?
When she travels to Chicago next week to tour Chicago food deserts with Mayor Rahm Emanuel and later host a fundraiser at Plumber's Hall, she will be asking for a pretty penny.
The going rate for a photograph at the near West Side fundraiser with the First Lady is $10,000 for a family of up to six members.
Tickets alone range from $100and up for the Oct. 25 event.
•$100 - Limited Availability Gen44 Tickets
•$500 - General Admission
•$7,500 - Host (write or raise)
•$1,000 - Preferred Section
•$10,000 - Family Photo Reception (max 6 in photo)
