HAARP Alert: were the Japan earthquake and tsunami caused by electro magnetic? �Coach is Right: "The official HAARP home page describes the ionospheric research as a $250 million U.S. tax funded project “jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)”. Its most prominent instrument is the Inospheric Research Instrument (IRI) which is a high powered radio transmitter located in Gakona, Alaska.

A Vero Beach, Florida man I recently interviewed told me he has been researching HAARP for years. He said no one is allowed within 50 miles of the HAARP facility. “The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere,” says another source in Wikipedia. It appears this IRI operates in reverse of a radio transmitter which pulls in waves; IRI sends them out.

A book with the ominous title of “Angels Don’t Play This HAARP” may be a warning that we are under threat of a weapon of mass destruction unimagined in earlier ages. But the US military think tanks have been concerned with possible attacks of an electrical pulse terrorist event that would knock out our power grids for days, maybe months or years, thus crippling our country and leaving it prone for take over.
