I mean, imagine if, say, Ruth Bader Ginsburg had, uhhh, $700,000 in spousal income from MoveOn.org and then they ruled on some huge bill that MoveOn.org had before them — say, like the Citizens United decision — and Ruth Bader Ginsburg had fraudulently not declared her spouse’s income, uh, from MoveOn.org.
