Whose Social Security Number is President Barack Hussein Soetoro Obama Using? Wash Times National Weekly - 11 Apr 2011 - pg 5 - here, Ad also embedded at end of this post.
Federal lawsuit* accuses putative President Obama is fraudulently using a Social Security Number which is legally not his and which was issued only to residents of the State of Connecticut, a state where Obama never legally resided and certainly not during the time frame of circa 1977 when that SSN was issued!
042-XX-XXXX*

This Social Security Number is reserved for the people of Connecticut NOT Hawaii. Obama never lived in Connecticut, and he certainly wasn't living there when the number was issue in 1977, rather he was a 15 year old attending high school in Hawaii. This Connecticut geographic region SSN was used by Obama to register for the Selective Service System.
Obama was either in HI or in CA attending Occidental College during his late teens when he was required to file and register with the Selective Service System. Use of this SSN by Obama as recently as the year 2008 has been confirmed by two private investigators - Susan Daniels and Neil Sankey.

The Nanny State Can’t Last

Last week, Congress and the administration refused to seriously consider the problem of government spending.  Despite the fear-mongering, a government shutdown would not have been as bad as claimed.
It is encouraging that some in Washington seem to be insisting on reduced spending, which is definitely a step in the right direction, but only one step.  We have miles to go before we can even come close to a solution, and it will involve completely redefining the role of government in our lives and on the world stage.  A compromise was struck at the last minute, but until Democrats agree to rein in entitlement spending, and Republicans back off the blank checks to the military industrial complex, it all amounts to political gamesmanship.
Unfortunately, the compromises always seem to be just the opposite.  Instead of the left agreeing to cut social spending and the right agreeing to cut military spending, the right agrees to more welfare and the left agrees to more warfare.  In spite of all the rhetoric, we will go deeper in debt, the Fed will print more money, and the value of the dollar will continue to plummet.  How long will it be before foreigners stop buying our debt, and hyperinflation arrives?  Throughout history, empires have always overextended themselves through conquests and wealth transfers leading to eventual collapse, from the Roman Empire to the Soviet Union.  We are headed in the same direction and it seems only the chaos of the collapse of the dollar will stop the spending spree.  Arguing over funding for Planned Parenthood and NPR, though important, only shows that leadership in Washington either won’t face reality, or don’t understand how serious the problem is.

The Nanny State Cant Last 101210banner4
Of course, an actual government collapse would create serious problems for many people who have come to depend on government payments for healthcare, retirement income, their children’s education, and even food and housing.  However, these so-called entitlement programs are unconstitutional to begin with and have engendered a culture of dependence on wealth transfer payments that is out of control. It concerns me greatly that instead of dealing seriously with our situation, so many in Washington would rather allow the chaos that will ensue when all of the dependent people are suddenly cut off.  Better to look reality squarely in the face and tell people the difficult truth that government is simply not capable of managing people’s lives from cradle to grave as was foolishly promised.  We face trillions in deficits with any of the budgets under consideration.  Keeping those promises is, sadly, just not one of our options in the long run.  Better to admit the nanny state is coming to an end and we are no longer working on “compromises” but a transition – to a sustainable way of life, one that respects the constitution, the rule of law and property rights.

Rand Paul will vote against budget deal; calls cuts negligible

The Hill ^ | 04/11/2011 | Alexander Bolton

Posted on Monday, April 11, 2011 4:16:38 PM by Hawk720

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), a founding member of the Senate Tea Party Caucus, is urging his colleagues to vote against the spending deal between President Obama and House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio).
Paul, who has proposed cutting $200 billion or $500 billion from discretionary spending over the rest of 2011, said the cuts agreed to Friday night are negligible.

“The much-ballyhooed 2011 continuing resolution will leave the federal government spending $1.6 trillion more than it takes in,” Paul wrote in a letter to Senate and House colleagues. “Despite descriptions of cuts, the 2011 Congress will spend more than it did in 2010 and with a larger annual deficit. It is the third year in a row with a record deficit.
“Only in Washington can a budget that spends more than it did the year before, with a larger deficit, be portrayed as ‘cutting’,” he wrote.

The new media template for explaining away President Obama’s alleged fraud in his birth certificate is to say that if there had been any truth to his deceit, it would have been uncovered a long time ago and probably during the last presidential campaign. Hillary Clinton would have brought it out or John McCain would have raised the issue.

Since they did not, there is no merit to Obama’s alleged fraud. That is how the media template goes now.
A simple look at how hostile the media has been towards the raising of the birth certificate issue over the last 24 months, explains why it was never raised.

STANDOFF CYNICISM
No one can say that President Barack Obama and his administration weren't thinking of the American people during the budget standoff with Republicans. Their inconvenience was very much on his mind.
According to White House sources, in the weeks leading up to last week's push for a budget deal, the President approved plans that had the White House and federal agencies looking at every federal government resource that entailed public interaction, and whether it could be shut down during a closure of the government -- even if under normal government closures those resources would have or could have remained open.
"The goal was to inflict as much inconvenience and pain on the American public and lock them into supporting the Administration's perspective on the budget fight," says a White House source. "It was our nuclear option, but we saw how a government shutdown under Gingrich just destroyed Republican standing with the public, and we felt we could achieve that kind of damage and more, even if we really didn't have to."

For example, a number of websites that provide the public with information about everything from Social Security options to veterans services, even public-private educational websites operated by the Smithsonian, would have been shut down by the Obama Administration had a government closure taken place Saturday morning. "Those sites don't even involve government employees to operate, but we were going to shut them down anyway just to hit home the right message with the public," says the White House aide.
White House sources say some agencies, like the Smithsonian, which manages a number of the museums and Washington attractions tourists prize most during their visits, pushed back on shutting down the websites, but were overridden by the White House...

It seems that Fox News is trying to silence all Tea Party dissent on John Boehner’s budget deal. Sarah Palin who was on Fox News last night blasting the deal that avoided a government shutdown. Palin criticisms took place in Part One of the interview, but only her comments supporting Donald Trump from Part Two have been posted on foxnews.com.
Here is what Palin said in Part 1 of the interview that Fox News does not want you to see or hear.

When asked on Fox News’ Justice With Judge Jeanine if the Tea Party got what they wanted out of the budget deal, Sarah Palin said no, “Well, what the tea party is wanting the government to be smaller yet smarter and you consider we saw an increase in government spending 28 percent and cut to the tune of one percent.”
Palin continued, “No, the tea party and Americans in general who are concerned about the fiscal health of their country did not get what they wanted. We have a lot of work to do to educate Congress when it come to the expectations that we have when we send our politician to dc to do the job to make sure our country is solvent.”

Interestingly, Fox News hasn’t posted the video of this part of Palin’s interview. Instead they put up Palin’s comments supporting Donald Trump’s birtherism.

On April 5, President Obama kicked off his newly-minted presidential campaign by announcing that he would be conducting a “Facebook town hall” event streaming live via the website and via the White House website on April 20. Just to ensure that the Facebook audience recognizes that this isn’t merely another media appearance but an endorsement of Obama by the Facebook executives, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg quizzed Obama before an audience of over 1,000 Facebook employees and other internet mavens. The recorded result will be chopped up and distributed via Facebook and the White House website over the coming months. ...
Obama isn’t the first politician to use Facebook as a fundraising platform. But he is the first politician to be granted the privileged insider status of visiting HQ to do so.

Facebook has been one of Obama’s most important supporters over the past several years. And Facebook is hardly the only Silicon Valley organization backing Obama. Apple and Google have also become vocal supporters of the administration. ...
On the surface, this makes little sense.

Obama’s policies have targeted businesses with remorseless cruelty, setting them up as villains in the class conflict Obama wishes to precipitate. Facebook, Apple, and Google are three of the most successful businesses of the 21st century. Yet all three seem to be mobilizing in favor of the Obama Administration.

The 10 Best Conservative Replacements For Glenn Beck’s Fox News Slot

The 10 Best Conservative Replacements For Glenn Beck’s Fox News Slot

Since the announcement that Glenn Beck is leaving Fox News, conspiracy theories abound. We may never know the whole story or the details behind the split but what we can do is wildly speculate who is going to take his place. The most important thing Fox News president Roger Ailes should keep in mind is whoever takes Beck’s time slot has to be someone who makes the Left put their full-blown moonbattery on display. It must be someone who pushes all the right buttons and enrages leftists, causing them to picket and boycott and all the other fun and hilarious things they do when confronted by conservative truth-tellers.

The thing I’ll miss most about Beck being gone is the reaction from all the statist twerps who hate him with a frenzy that can only be compared to neurotic miniature poodles who pee on the carpet when overexcited. Ailes should focus like a laser on replacing Beck with only the most hated personality he can find. Not only will it keep the ratings up, but it will provide sane people with fantastic entertainment. The following are 10 suggestions for conservative hosts sure to make the Left angrier (and funnier) than they already are.
10. We Have Lesbians Too, Only Ours Are Prettier:
Meet Tammy Bruce

Nothing infuriates the Left more than a traitor, and Tammy Bruce is a pretty big traitor. Bruce is a lesbian, a former NOW chapter president, and lifelong Democrat. Then she saw the light when she realized that individuals aren’t welcome on the Left. Group-think is a requirement and Bruce isn’t a team player. She’s been one of the most popular conservative talk-show hosts and a best-selling author ever since.

She loves to tweak the Left and isn’t afraid to say unpopular things.

The Constitution Doesn't Mention Czars Unaccountable White House aides are a product of a broken cabinet-nomination process. This is not the form of government the Founders intended. By GEORGE P. SHULTZ
A pattern of governance has emerged in Washington that departs substantially from that envisaged in our Constitution. Under our basic concept of governance: (1) a president and vice president are elected; and (2) the departments of government are staffed by constitutional officers including secretaries, undersecretaries, assistant secretaries and others who are nominated by the president and confirmed for service by the consent of the Senate. They are publicly accountable and may be called to testify under oath about their activities.
Over time, this form of governance has changed. Presidents sometimes assume that the bureaucracy will try to capture a secretary and his or her immediate staff so that they will develop a departmental, rather than a White House, point of view. So presidents will name someone in the White House to oversee the department and keep a tight rein on its activities.

In national security and foreign policy, the National Security Council (NSC) was established after World War II by the National Security Act of 1947. As late as 1961, under President Dwight Eisenhower, the NSC was supported by a small staff headed by an executive secretary with a "passion for anonymity" and limited to a coordinating role. In subsequent administrations, that passion disappeared and staff members took on operational duties that formerly were the responsibility of constitutionally confirmed cabinet officials. This aggrandizement of the staff function then spread into fields far beyond national security.

More recently, the situation has been worsened by the difficulty of getting presidential nominees to cabinet and subcabinet positions approved and in place

Battling Trump on birth certificate issue won't be easy

Battling Trump on birth certificate issue won't be easy

Enid News and Eagle (OK) ^ | 4/11/2011 | Cindy Allen

A familiar tactic by politicos is to try to marginalize the opposition.
We’ve seen it done by both parties; however, the Democrats are probably better at it than the Republicans are.
By marginalize, I mean when someone raises a sticky issue or perhaps even an explosive one, the opposition sets out to make that opponent sound stupid, or someone who is not serious or smart, etc.
Enter into the fray, Donald Trump. Trump started out with some minor questions about President Barack Obama’s birth certificate, but it seems to have turned into a quest.
Now, Obama’s supporters already have tried to marginalize this issue by branding those who believe it “birthers.” I really don’t know where that term comes from, but it is akin to those who believe the 9-11 attacks were orchestrated from within the George W. Bush administration being called “truthers.”
(Really, who comes up with these names?)

Still, you hear the word “birther” and automatically you might think of some nut-job.
And, since Trump has “trumped” up the issue to a new level, several have tried to marginalize his efforts as a “waste of time,” or calling him an attention-(expletive), etc.
The problem is, Trump is not one who can be marginalized easily. He is a master marketer and he’s got a huge media platform. He’s rich, visible, articulate and compelling. He’s also got a weird hairdo that everyone loves to make fun of, and I think he keeps that hair the way it is just because it is something people talk about. He is not afraid of attention -- in fact he craves it.

So, Trump is not intimidated by those who want to try to marginalize him or cast him as a lunatic.

He contended that Obama is not a leader and is "in bed with these (OPEC) people. He doesn't speak the way you have to speak to them."

Although he blames China for "ripping off our country," Trump gives them credit for using US funds to rebuild airports, bridges and other infrastructure.

Barack Hussein Obama is a fake and soon that will be an established fact. He was not born in Hawaii or any other part of the United States of America, nor was his father an American citizen. Both of these facts will disqualify him when they are proved.
The trance he and his Party put America in is rapidly lifting and the nation’s eyes and ears are opening to well grounded charges that Obama is a fraud.

Republican self identified TEA partier and proud “birther” Donald Trump, a man with the money and platform to deconstruct Obama’s web of lies, has stepped forward to challenge the Obama scam. He has put into motion a chain of events that will destroy the Obama façade in short order. Trump is the quintessential TEA partier. He loves America just as it is, and will never curtsy before foreign leaders.

When Trump is finished with Obama he will turn his attentions to proving why he should be the Republican nominee next year. That task will prove easier than ending Obama’s political career. Pop quiz: There are at least eight to ten Republicans “seriously thinking” about running for president, name five and tell why they can create a “buzz.”

The answers are: Who knows and who cares because none of them are genuine presidential material only people who can beat Obama and bring tired old ideas to Washington.
Donald Trump is not a politician and given the damage politicians in general and Democrat politicians in particular have done to our nation this is a big plus. Trump is pro life and skilled in how to make bad business situations turn around; another big plus.
He will look our Chinese Russian and OPEC enemies in the eyes and tell…..

The national average price for gasoline is still under $4 a gallon, but many Chicago stations are not far from the $5 mark.
Nationally, prices have shot up 19 cents in the last three weeks to an average of $3.76 for a gallon of regular, according to the latest Lundberg Survey.
But in the Chicago area, prices are generally $3.84 and above, according to a Web site that tracks the highest and lowest prices available.

The Chicago gas station that first broke the $4 mark continues to lead area stations. The BP station in Chicago's Uptown neighborhood is charging $4.59 for a gallon of regular.
There are signs that Americans are cutting back on driving because of climbing prices, reversing a steady increase in demand for fuel as the economy improves.
Gas sales have fallen for five straight weeks, the first time that has happened since November, according to MasterCard SpendingPulse, which tracks spending at 140,000 service stations nationwide.

President Barack Obama will lay out his plan for reducing the nation's deficit Wednesday, belatedly entering a fight over the nation's long-term financial future. But in addition to suggesting cuts—the current focus of debate—the White House looks set to aim its firepower on a more divisive topic: taxes.
In a speech Wednesday, Mr. Obama will propose cuts to entitlement programs, including Medicare and Medicaid, and changes to Social Security, a discussion he has largely left to Democrats and Republicans in Congress. He also will call for tax increases for people making over $250,000 a year, a proposal contained in his 2012 budget, and changing parts of the tax code he thinks benefit the wealthy.

"Every corner of the federal government has to be looked at here," David Plouffe, a senior White House adviser, said Sunday in one of multiple television appearances. "Revenues are going to have to be part of this," he said, referring to tax increases.

Donald Trump is a shameless self-promoter. His prowess as a developer and businessman has been greatly exaggerated. He has crawled around in the muck and mire of what now passes for popular culture, and deserves at least some of the blame for tawdry's victory over grace in that sphere. He is an outsized egotist (about on a par with Obama) whose passion for self-congratulation is the only reliable thing we know about him. And that his future candidacy for president may soon be taken seriously owes to no one so much as it does Barack Obama, whose own candidacy seriously eroded the standards for presidential qualification.

Notice how they always play the outdated ‘victim’ card time and time again. Committing actions such as these then crying foul is not going to win over sympathy from anyone.

Obama solution/reaction to high gas prices ("Let them eat cake.")

Posted on Monday, April 11, 2011 11:05:53 AM by k3nn3th

In a modern-day version of "Let them eat cake.", President Obama's answer to rising gas prices is that you should just trade in your vehicle.
If you're complaining about the price of gas and you're only getting 8 miles a gallon, you know," Obama said laughingly. "You might want to think about a trade-in."
Perhaps all of the men and women driving trucks to move equipment and supplies should just transition to hauling what they can in the back of a Prius. As food prices continue to rise because of transportation costs, you just better suck it up.

This is not a solution. This is not leadership. That he could deliver that line with smirk and a chuckle speaks volumes. Imagine if Bush had said that when gas prices were around $4/gallon. It would have been the lead story on every newscast. Once again, Mr. Obama gets a pass except for in the conservative press.

Breathe deep.

That’s what defeat smells like.

Get used to it.

Boehner and the freshmen sold us out.In the first test of the new speaker, in the first demonstration of what the tea party Republicans are made of, they got nothing.

They caved.

They sold out.

And we got screwed.

Do this math with me. The deficit is $1.4 trillion. They cut $38 billion. That’s less than 3 percent.

And that’s failure.

You write a check for $100 more than you have in your account. The bank tells you it’s rubber. So you rip it up and write a check for $97 more than you have in your account and you call yourself a fiscal conservative.

That’s what we got.

We got blown off.

Deficit spending is the greatest threat to the stability and future of our Republic. We know that in our hearts, and we heard it in campaign speeches.

But we sure as hell didn’t see it in this deal. What we saw in this deal is another generation of empowered Republicans contenting themselves to be Democrat Lite.

The guy who sticks a knife nine and three-quarters inches into your back is not any better than the guy who sticks a knife 10 inches into your back.

And it wasn’t just in the pocket book where the Republicans sold out, it was also in the heart. The party that loves to talk about principles didn’t have any.

In the world of government, money equals priorities. You can’t separate budget from policy. What you decide to fund, and how much you decide to fund it, is money on one end, but people’s lives on the other. If one group’s pet projects get money, and another’s don’t, it makes a lot of difference.

Which is why environmentalists and the pro-abortion people are so happy. They won like crazy.

On the two issues the Republicans said they wouldn’t compromise on – they compromised.

If by “compromised” you mean “surrendered.”

The $300 million federal tax dollars Obama and Harry Reid wanted to go to Planned Parenthood – the money John Boehner said absolutely couldn’t go to Planned Parenthood?

It’s going to Planned Parenthood.

And the horrific global-warming regulations, the ones that strangle the economy and our freedom and ensure America’s prosperity continues to decay and erode, those came through unscathed.

You went to bed promised by the Republicans that they would take care of those.

And they did.

They made them permanent.

In the end, there were no principles. In the end, there was no victory. In the end, there was no change.....................................

Can Obama Evoke Lincoln Again for 2012?

Can Obama Evoke Lincoln Again for 2012?

PHILADELPHIA – On a crisp February morning, President-elect Abraham Lincoln and his son Tad arrived at Independence Hall here for a flag-raising to mark the admittance of Kansas to the Union.
They were swept into the hall and surrounded by city councilmen and other elected officials, who gathered two hours earlier in anticipation of his arrival.
Outside, more than 100,000 people – an astonishing number for the time – gathered to watch him raise the flag.
Lincoln was unprepared for a speech; he expected only to raise the flag, then catch the train to Harrisburg. He also was unprepared for the emotions that engulfed him, standing where the three most significant documents in the republic’s short life – the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution – were debated, adopted and signed.
In barely a whisper, he began by remarking that any political ambitions he embodied were rooted where he stood.

“I have often pondered over the dangers which were incurred by the men who assembled here and adopted that Declaration of Independence … I have often inquired of myself, what great principle or idea it was that kept this Confederacy so long together,” he said.
Unknown except to a handful of people (none of whom were with him at the hall), a plot to assassinate him in Baltimore on the way to his inauguration had been uncovered the night before.
Lincoln faced other grave circumstances, too; seven southern states already had seceded from the Union in reaction to his election the previous November, according to Civil War historian Caroline Janney.
Lincoln asked if the country could be saved based on the Declaration’s principles: “If it can, I will consider myself one of the happiest men in the world if I can help to save it. If it can't be saved upon that principle, it will be truly awful.”
Pausing, he added: “But, if this country cannot be saved without giving up that principle … I would rather be assassinated on this spot than to surrender it.”
This Tuesday marks the 150th year since the Civil War’s first shots were fired at Fort Sumter in the harbor of Charleston, S.C.

For the next four years, our country will confront, ignore, agonize, over-analyze and lie to itself about why America went to war with itself.
More than 10,400 battles were fought during the war, which officially ended on another April day in 1865 with Robert E. Lee’s surrender at Appomattox Court House.
In between those April mornings, Lincoln was inspired and tortured by the principles he fought to protect.
When he decided in the middle of war that the best thing for the country (although not for him or his family) was to run for re-election, he faced daunting odds; no sitting president had won re-election in almost 40 years.
It is hard to imagine Lincoln jetting off in Air Force One to raise $1 billion for his campaign while a war tore the country in half, or golfing 62 times in his first two years in office.
President-elect Barack Obama drew heavily on Lincoln imagery during his 2008 presidential campaign. He retraced the train trip from here to Washington for his inauguration; the night before his swearing-in, he appeared at the Lincoln Memorial for a televised concert. He took the oath of office on a Bible used by Lincoln and lunched on the 16th president’s favorite foods.
Last week, Obama kicked off his second-term campaign just days after ordering U.S. forces into a third Middle Eastern conflict.
It will be interesting to see if he compares himself to Lincoln as he hits the invitation-only, pre-screened town hall meetings, or if he continues drawing parallels between himself and Lincoln.
Lincoln ended his impromptu speech at Independence Hall by wondering aloud if he had revealed too much to Philadelphians, then concluded: "I have said nothing but what I am willing to live by, and, in the pleasure of Almighty God, die by."
Until that moment, no one – not even Lincoln – knew who he really was or what he might sacrifice for the republic’s sake.

More than 10,400 battles were fought during the Civil War, many of them on land that today is under strip malls, housing developments or parking lots – and too many of them forgotten by the people who make use of them.

As the Obama administration prepares to finance a Fiscal Year 2011 budget deficit expected to top $1.6 trillion, the American public is largely unaware that the true negative net worth of the federal government reached $76.3 trillion last year.
That figure was five times the 2010 gross domestic product of the United States and exceeded the estimated gross domestic product for the world by approximately $14.4 trillion.

To meet the Obama administration’s targets for increasing fuel taxes, researchers say that Americans will have to pay $7 for a gallon of gasoline; about 17 percent more than drivers in green-conscious and generally highly taxed Sweden. In their study, researchers at Harvard’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs devised several combinations of tax increases to address 70 percent of the oil used in the United States. The combinations were selected to match fuel consumption reduction targets. Most of their models assumed an economy-wide carbon dioxide tax starting at $30 a ton in 2010 and escalating to $60…

An economic boom would occur almost overnight if the personal income tax were eliminated.
Why not do it? One third of government revenues would disappear but individual retention of money otherwise paid in personal income taxes would enable Americans to spend and invest hundreds of billions of dollars, uplifting the economy,

creating sustainable jobs, and permitting innovation that could restore American market dominance. We have it in our power to.....

Donald Trump fires back after White House aide declares that he has 'zero chance' to be President

The White House stopped just short of dismissing Donald Trump as a clown Sunday - calling him a "sideshow" act with "zero chance" of becoming president.
SNIP
Trump countered that he represents Obama's biggest nightmare in the 2012 race and that the White house is running scared.
"I know for a fact that I am the only candidate they are concerned with," Trump told The Daily News. "They are very concerned because I am challenging him as to whether or not he was born in this country where there is a real doubt."
"He should focus on properly dealing with the Chinese, the Saudis and all of the other nations that are ripping off the United States instead of making up quotes about Donald Trump," the "Apprentice" host blustered on. "Barack Obama has done a terrible job as president."

While Trump is not viewed as having a real chance at winning the presidency, experts say his remarks cut to the core of what irks the White House the most, which explains the hostility behind Plouffe's diss.
"There is no issue that irritates the White House more than the birther issue," said Larry Sabato, director of the University of Virginia's Center for Politics.
"They view it as a symbol for those who refuse to acknowledge Obama as a legitimate president," he said. "The fact that someone as prominent as Trump is bringing this up is a source of real frustration."

Sabato predicted that despite the noise Trump is making, he would soon fade away.

Donald Trump might be off base with his birther views. But does that mean he shouldn't be allowed on TV to express them?

Yes--according to Charles Blow of the New York Times.
Blow asserted it was wrong to give Trump air time on the birther issue because "we [the MSM] know that this is not true."

What I’m hearing all over the news is that the “leaders” of the Democrat Party are claiming victory and the Republican Party “leaders” are claiming victory in last week’s short term budget battle.
The fact is that they are both right. They both won. The only losers in this deal are the American people and the Republic for which we stand.
In the short run it was a great achievement for ambitious politicians who fantasize about their place in history. In the long run it will not matter what they did because the way things are going, someone else, Communist China most likely, will be writing the history books; so posterity will scarcely know who they were.
I hear some of the posers on the right as they attempt to put some lipstick on this pig but the more I ruminate on the matter, the more disgusted I become.

In a letter blasting the New York Times for blasting him, Trump lays out his evidence. He also accuses the liberal press of being complicit in what may be the "greatest scam in the history of our country."

Obama bumps Trump: 'Birther' blowback

A fed-up White House yesterday for the first time took the bait on Donald Trump's relentless, months-long questioning of whether President Obama is a US citizen.
A top Obama aide lashed out at the real-estate tycoon, reality-show star and GOP presidential hopeful on national television, saying his fledgling campaign is a "sideshow" and he has "zero chance" of ever living in the White House.
"That's not leadership. That's kind of sideshow behavior," White House senior adviser David Plouffe charged on ABC's "This Week."

Trump, who is flirting with a run for the 2012 GOP presidential nomination and has been rising in the polls, has single-handedly revived questions about whether Obama is actually foreign born and therefore constitutionally ineligible to be president.
He simultaneously rocketed to second place in the nomination race among Republicans and first place among Tea Partiers in a recent NBC/Wall Street Journal poll.
"I saw Donald Trump kind of rising in some polls," Plouffe said. "I hope he keeps on rising because there's zero chance that Donald Trump would ever be hired by the American people to do this job."
"There may be a small part of the country that believes these [birthplace questions], but mainstream Americans think it's a sideshow," he said, adding that voters want leaders who focus on real issues.

Some Capitol Hill insiders were surprised by Plouffe's outburst.
"I'd guess the 'birther' stuff got under their skin," a top Republican aide on Capitol Hill said.....

The Curious Issue of Barack Obama’s Birth Certificate

The Curious Issue of Barack Obama’s Birth Certificate
The Lubbock Avalanche-Journal ^ | April 11, 2011 | Mr. Conservative

Posted on Monday, April 11, 2011 3:35:21 AM by 2ndDivisionVet

The news media is quickly moving to protect Barack Obama against Donald Trump’s pursuit of the truth about Barack Obama’s birth certificate and Obama’s place of birth.
Michael Isikoff of MSNBC has reported that Dr. Chiyome Fukino is now claiming that she has actually seen Barack Obama’s original birth certificate on file in Honolulu.
As the top Hawaiian official in charge of state health records in 2008, when the issue of Obama's birth first arose, Fukino said she thought she had put the matter to rest. Contacted by NBC, Fukino expanded on previous public statements and made two key points when asked about Trump's recent comments.
The first is that the original so-called "long form" birth certificate — described by Hawaiian officials as a "record of live birth" — absolutely exists, located in a bound volume in a file cabinet on the first floor of the state Department of Health. Fukimo [Fukino] said she has personally inspected it — twice. The first time was in late October 2008, during the closing days of the presidential campaign, when the communications director for the state's then Republican governor, Linda Lingle (who appointed Fukino) asked if she could make a public statement in response to claims then circulating on the Internet that Obama was actually born in Kenya.

This is all very curious. Back in January, Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie was unable to locate Obama’s birth certificate. The Daily Mail reported,
He [Governor Abercrombie] told Honolulu's Star-Advertiser: 'It actually exists in the archives, written down,' he said.
But it became apparent that what had been discovered was an unspecified listing or notation of Obama's birth that someone had made in the state archives and not a birth certificate.

And in the same interview Abercrombie suggested that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.
One has to wonder why Governor Abercrombie did not ask Dr. Chiyome Fukino to show him Obama’s birth certificate?
Let us assume that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and has a duly registered birth certificate. Why does Obama not want us to see his birth certificate? Why have more than $2 million been spent in legal fees to keep this birth certificate from public view?
What is on Obama’s birth certificate that Obama does not want seen?
Donald Trump appeared on “The View” on Thursday morning 24 March. Dave Eberhart of Newsmax.com reported the next day,
On "The View," a morning chat program, Trump declared that he believed Obama has a birth certificate, but that he should produce it to the world, ending the speculation that seems to never go away. Trump added that he felt it strange that "nobody from [Obama's] early years remembers him."

There’s "something on that birth certificate that he doesn't like," Trump opined to the cast members, including Whoopi Goldberg and Barbara Walters, who berated him, accusing him of possibly racist thoughts on the issue.
Rush Limbaugh and others are coming to the support of Donald Trump.
On Limbaugh’s show Thursday, the radio talker Limbaugh sided with Trump’s beating of the birth certificate drum. "You and I have known all along that we're dealing with a man-child here who has, literally, no qualifications, no experience, and according to Donald Trump now, no birth certificate," Limbaugh declared.
"Trump is performing a valuable service here. He is attempting to help Obama out of a jam. You can't say Trump is a kook right-wing birther. Trump realized the problem that Obama faces here with credibility. He's giving him a chance here to establish some credibility by producing the birth certificate,” Limbaugh added.
Charging that elements of the major media were "covering it up" and "papering it over," he concluded: “Trump's not the kind of guy to comb over difficulties. If he's going to bring this up . . . you know that it's serious."

Either Obama’s birth certificate does not exist or it has something typed or written on it that Obama does not want to be revealed. What could it be?
It is also perplexing that Obama has sealed his college transcript from Columbia and his law school transcript from Harvard Law School. What is Obama hiding in his transcripts?
Why do Obama’s classmates from Columbia not remember seeing Obama in classes? It seems he was an invisible man during his time at Columbia?
There are two hospitals in Honolulu where it has been claimed that Obama was born. Why do both hospitals claim they have no record of Obama’s birth? Why has the doctor who delivered Obama not come forth to take credit? Why have no nurses who were present at the delivery of Obama, or took care of him and his mother following his birth, come forward?

It seems that there is a lot of Liberal smoke and mirrors taking place? If a Barack Obama birth certificate exists, it would be a simple matter for Obama to show it for all to see?
Why is so much ridicule being expended to discredit those who want answers? Why are lawyers working hard to keep Obama’s secrets hidden? Whatever happened to that transparent Administration of President Obama that we were promised?
Donald Trump’s courage is looking better all the time. We are in for some very interesting debates and battles over the Obama birth certificate unless Barack Obama can somehow silence Donald Trump.

AUSTIN — Texas lawmakers are considering whether to ban state courts from considering foreign religious or cultural laws, such as the Islamic law of Shariah.
The goal "is to require a Texas court to uphold and apply only the laws ordained by the constitutions of (Texas and the United States), prohibiting any other interpretation," said Rep. Leo Berman, R-Tyler, a former Arlington mayor pro tem. "This is now happening all over Europe ... and in Dearborn, Mich. ... and it could spread throughout the United States.
"We all know what Shariah law does to women - women must wear burqas, women are subject to humiliation and into controlled marriages under Shariah law," he said. "We want to prevent it from ever happening in Texas."
