Presidential candidate and ultra-conservative congresswoman Michele Bachmann prays every day for guidance. “The American people are looking for someone who will say, ‘No’,” she said last week. “I will be that person… I won’t raise taxes. I will reduce spending. I won’t vote to raise the debt ceiling. And I have the titanium spine to see it through.”
Developing her theme, she added that the little people of America, factory workers and housewives, tell her: “‘Michele, stand strong. Michele, don’t cave.’
The American people are scared to death they have lived through the pinnacle of American greatness, that we may be in decline.”

(Jul. 29, 2011) — Just because America was forced to endure the first term of an unvetted candidate who deceived the public, with the able assistance of all fifty secretary of states, doesn’t necessarily follow that we should be forced to endure yet another four years watching our country being dismantled day by day, line by line of the Constitution.
America was once a country of laws, laws that were enforced by government workers (our employees).

"Computer scanning expert Doug Vogt and typesetting expert Paul Irey say they will accompany attorney Orly Taitz when she presents to the Hawaii Department of Health a subpoena that should allow her to examine Barack Obama’s original 1961 typewritten birth certificate.
Vogt and Irey both told WND they are making travel plans to join Taitz in Honolulu when she goes to the state agency at 10 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 8, to present the subpoena in person.
“We will plan to hold a press conference late in the day of Aug. 8,” Vogt said, “and if the document we see varies from the birth certificate documents the White House released, we plan to file criminal charges in Hawaii immediately.”"

As the Justice Department announced earlier this month, “All gun shops in four Southwest border states (Texas, California, Arizona and New Mexico) will be required to alert the federal government to frequent buyers of high-powered rifles.”
The ATF letter also orders gun dealers to report to the feds sales of “two or more pistols or revolvers, or any combination of pistols or revolvers totaling two or more.”"

U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia has said that the grand jury is separate from the other three branches of government and 'a constitutional fixture in its own right.' Could a county grand jury be convened to examine the evidence against the congressman who represents that county's people?
(Jul. 29, 2011) — It has become evident that the Congress (Both the House of Representatives and the Senate, 435 members strong) are knowledgeable in the crimes of the usurper-in-chief’s illegal tenure in the People’s White House, and these elected buffoons consider themselves immune from any repercussions of the law or failure to uphold their Oaths to defend the Constitution.
They are wrong.
Every House member represents a district. They must live in that district (or maintain a residence). Therefore they are subject to the Grand Jury of the county they reside in. That is where you put legal pressure on them. The Fifth Amendment gives the Grand Jury “Presentment” authority totally separate from the Indictment process the prosecutor holds.
This procedure is cemented not only in common law but Justice Scalia in 1992 with his infamous ruling about the Grand Juries decreed:"
