As many as want to be assured of Tea Party support in 2012.
The House leadership has endangered many of the freshmen by overselling a bad deal, turning what could have been just a loss into a test of every member's commitments to their base. In the first major vote of the new Congress, not only is there nothing of significance to point to as a "win," there was a significant amount of disinformation, bad enough in itself, but worse when one considers what it says about the sophistication of the messaging efforts of the leadership's consultants.
"Trust leaves on horseback and returns on foot" is one of the many quotes in Donald Rumsfeld's memoir, and apparently no one in the leadership media team read it. Did they really think no one would notice? Or remember?
The Whip count is interesting, but like the vote on TARP, this one is going to be remembered. If many more Republicans begin to break and speak bluntly, Thursday could be a very bad day for the Speaker and, much worse, for the country as the "adult party" separates from the political movement that elected it. The Speaker has been very badly served by his communications team which from the start of the Congress has seemed almost intent on digging a deep trench between the Speaker and the conservative base and Tea Party volunteers.
What were they thinking?
Now the Speaker is attempting to persuade the public that he is really serious on the debt limit. He may have an easier time persuading the MSM than he will his party's core supporters.

Recently the 9th Circuit denied rehearing a case which permitted police to search a home without any suspicion whatsoever. The Chief Judge of the 9th Circuit, Alex Kozinski, penned an artful dissent, pointing out the damage done by allowing such a decision in the lower court to stand. Although case law of all other Circuits is contrary to the ruling in the case, Judge Kozinski points out that the case law in the 9th Circuit should have led to a similar ruling.
So what does this mean for us? First, the law/government/constitution will not always protect you, protect family or friends from intrusion. It is up to individuals to take measures to have a family protection plan. Fortunately, tools for a family protection plan still exist. Things like anonymous web surfing, encrypted email, cell phone security, and protecting your Facebook profile, when used together, can carve out a private area inside the fishbowl where you and your family can avoid the watchful eyes of the idiots.............................

In it she reveals that BHO's dead mother's SSN is still being used to this day with addresses from NY and HI tied to it. Taitz also state that there is no record of his mother being in any hospital in HI.

Not since the Rev. Terry Jones lit up the Koran have we seen such madness, but Donald Trump has managed to inflame Obama's legions of lickspittle automatons. Trump's sacrilege has the likes of Eugene Robinson, Mike Daly and Stewart Rothenberg all frothing at the mouth not unlike an unwashed mob of Afghan reprobates in Kandahar. Whether it's Trump's potential candidacy in 2012 or that he has the audacity to ask that very question that much of America is asking - Why does Obama refuse to be transparent with the American people? Someone needs to tell these pathetic little apparatchiks that they are just so 2008.
The left's halcyon days of 2008 where we as a nation crossed that momentous symbolic line , and Chris Matthew's got a thrill up his leg are long since over. It's 2011 and much of America is finally waking from up their drunken stupor and asking how they could have ever elected a man that they knew nothing about. Across the nation, people are asking why Barack Obama, a man who pledged that transparency would be a vanguard of his presidency is being so secretive about his past. So here we are now in 2011 and even Chris Matthew's is asking why Barack Hussein Obama refuses to release his birth records.
It is the main stream media and pathetic fools like Daly, Robinson and Rothenberg who pimped this fraud on the American people without him duly being vetted. Instead of vetting Obama, the mainstream media shielded Obama from any scrutiny into Obama's past. Obama's academic and medical records have all been sealed and not one person in the mainstream media has had the courage to ask "Why"?
Obama's view of America and our role in the world is perplexing to say the least. In Strasbourg, France Obama denigrated America and then criticized Americans for their failure to recognize Europe's leading role in the world and in Cairo Obama continued to speak ill of America to the point where a Middle East authority commented that Obama didn't seem to understand that "it is considered bad form, nay a great moral lapse, to speak ill of one's own tribe when in the midst, and in the lands, of others." Can anything be more shameful?
Most Americans are proud of their nation, they see America as an exceptional nation and they, unlike Obama are proud of their heritage. So Donald Trump doesn't see Barack Hussein Obama as one of us. Well neither does Obama.

According to Obama, Republicans have concluded that "even though we can't afford to care for seniors and poor children, we can somehow afford more than $1 trillion in new tax breaks for the wealthy." He also accused Republicans of wanting to end Medicare “as we know it.”
Rep. Jeb Hensarling said he was honored to receive an invitation to the speech, but as it turns out, it was something he could have watched back at his office: "I don’t know about my colleagues, but I thought to myself, ‘And I missed lunch for this?’" Hensarling said afterwards.
“This was not a speech designed for America to win the future. This was a speech designed for the president to attempt to win reelection. This was a speech that prioritizes the next election over the next generation. It was a speech that was heavy on aspirational goals and exceedingly light on specific proposals," Hensarling said.

Even our own judicial branch refuses to allow Americans to obtain an answer to this question claiming that “we the people” do not have standing. “We the people” are the ones who authorized this government. So for the judicial branch to say that American citizens have no standing to pursue an answer negates the position of “we the people” in the contract with our government called the US Constitution. ..This makes us question everything else that is done by the courts...
It is virtually certain that Obama ...inherited citizenships in Kenya and in Indonesia from his father (Obama) and/or from his step father (Soetoro )...
If Obama ever used the citizenship of a foreign government to attend college as a foreign exchange student or to obtain a passport or for any other reason, he accepted naturalization (even if dual-citizenship) in a foreign country as an adult and is not eligible to be president. The Founders were deeply concerned about dual citizenship of a future President and specifically negated this posibility by requiring full allegiance and natural born citizenship.
Was he really born in the USA? Is he a natural born citizen?
...none of this matters if Obama accepted naturalization from a foreign country as an adult. That would eliminate him from eligibility...
So why did Barack Hussein seal his college documents, his passports, and his long form birth certificate? What is he hiding?

There is no way that jet fuel fumes in an empty center fuel tank could have blown up that plane. Jet fuel is not volatile and is very difficult to ignite, nor was there enough energy in the residual fuel in the center tank to produce an explosion of that magnitude. There is testimony on this point by scientists.
There is an audiotape of an ANG helicopter pilot who was a former Navy Search and Rescue pilot in Vietnam, and who is also an attorney on Long Island. He was shooting a practice approach in the direction of the TWA 800 explosion. He testified that he saw the missile trail and he saw the explosion – it was an ordnance explosion, not a fuel explosion. This guy is familiar with anti-aircraft missiles and with military ordnance. The Dallas Blog has just received an e-mail from a reliable source in Texas, who said he received an interesting e-mail from a U.S. Naval officer, who obtained a fascinating letter from an I.R.S. examiner who contends that Mr. Obama’s real name is Barry Soetoro, according to alleged Top-Secret tax records.
My reliable Texas source explained that he’s not certain if it’s true, but the letter also provides a link to Obama or Soetoro’s selective service registration information, which looks highly-suspicious. Well, let the fun start and see if these allegations are true. Here’s a copy-and-paste of the letter from the IRS examiner:

Barry, AKA Obama, was lawfully adopted by a foreign national, Lolo Soetoro, and Barry's name was legally changed to "Barry Soetoro". (Barry’s own admission) Barry Soetoro was also made an official legal Indonesian citizen. (again Barry’s own admission) The adoption would be noted in Barry's vital statistics record in Hawaii on his original birth certificate... OR Lolo Soetoro may have always been Barry's legal birth farther. The public does not know for sure at this point who Barry's father really was and Barry himself may not know.
Barry was raised as a Muslim in Indonesia and attended a Catholic funded school that permitted all faiths to attend.
Barry's mother dropped him as a dependent for some reason, maybe even when Barry was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. His mother's passport records dropped Barry as a dependent indicating Barry was no longer a legal dependent of his mothers. (The passport records of his mother have been produced showing Barry was no longer a dependent when Barry was permanently residing in Indonesia.) Barry went to Hawaii to live with his alleged grand parents after Lolo Soetoro and Barry's mother divorced.
A "certificate of live birth" can have names changed on it including a child's birth name, and birth parent’s names. Even a modified date of birth can be on a "certificate of live birth". This occurs frequently for adopted children where the birth parent does not want the child to know who they are. The public has no idea who Barry’s real birth father is or who Barry’s real birth mother is. (Barry could have been adopted by his mother) The original birth certificate is the only legal vital statistics record of a person’s birth parents, birth location, birth date, etc… I can get a “certificate of live birth” for a dead person; I cannot get a birth certificate of a dead person without “Deceased” on it. (I’ve tried)
There is no evidence Barry Soetoro ever lawfully changed his name to “Barrack Hussein Obama”. There is no proof Barry Soetoro was born with the name "Barrack Hussein Obama". I’m willing to bet the name “Barrack Hussein Obama” is not present on the real birth certificate as Barry’s birth name or as Barry’s birth father. All the cuts in the deal aren’t equal. The ones that matter most are the cuts in discretionary spending that reduce the budget baseline in future years. Even with more the details of the deal released early yesterday morning, the exact numbers are still shrouded in confusion, but it is clear the cuts are much less than meets the eye — the gimmickry is not merely around the edges. The $38.5 billion includes real cuts, but also a dog’s breakfast of budgetary legerdemain. According to the Associated Press, the deal purports to save $2.5 billion “from the most recent renewal of highway programs that can’t be spent because of restrictions set by other legislation.” It gets another $4.9 billion by capping a reserve fund for the victims of crime that also wasn’t going to be spent this year — a long-standing trick of appropriators.
The Washington Post reports that a notional $3.5 billion cut from the Children’s Health Insurance Program “would affect only rewards for states that make an extra effort to enroll children. But officials with knowledge of the budget deal said that most states were unlikely to qualify for the bonuses and that sufficient money would be available for those that did.”

We initially supported the deal House Speaker John Boehner cut with the White House to cut $38.5 billion from the rest of the fiscal year 2011 budget. Then there's Donald Trump.
Less than two hours after CNN released a poll Tuesday showing Trump tied for the lead among potential 2012 Republican presidential candidates, the billionaire developer and reality TV star wanted to make sure a reporter interviewing him had seen it.
Trump also directed an employee to e-mail the reporter fresh ratings numbers showing that the latest episode of his Celebrity Apprentice show on NBC had clobbered CSI: NY on Sunday night.
And Trump reminded his interviewer that a recent Wall Street Journal poll showed him as the top presidential pick among tea party voters.
"I wasn't that surprised," Trump said of the tea party poll. "Because my values are very similar. They're hard-working people. They're people that don't like to be taken advantage of by other countries."

...As previously noted, America does not have a monarchial form of government. Neither is the United States a democracy--the ignorant rhetoric of politicians and newscasters notwithstanding. America is a constitutional republic. Or, one could also say, America is a confederated republic. This means, the government in Washington, D.C., is NOT a NATIONAL government; it is a FEDERAL government.
The doctrine of federalism means there are separate and competing jurisdictions in the United States: the jurisdiction of the federal government, with prescribed and limited duties and responsibilities (i.e., the US Constitution); and the jurisdiction of State government, with undefined and (nearly) limitless duties and responsibilities. And as the founders repeatedly expressed, the states were presumed to have the much greater authority and jurisdiction.
To show you how far down the road of misunderstanding we have gone, when the founders created the US Constitution, it was the states that defined and dictated the authority and boundaries of the federal government; today, it is the federal government that defines and dictates the authority and boundaries of State government. Over the last century or so, we have allowed the federal government to completely invert and distort the very meaning of federalism and freedom in this country.
Therefore, if Christians truly want to follow Jesus’ instructions in Matthew 22, they will be willing to give proper rendering to the lawful prescriptions (and proscriptions) of constitutional government. In other words, for Christians to allow our civil magistrates at the federal level to supplant and encroach upon the authority of the states is to deny the teachings of Jesus Christ, and to, in effect, become heretical in their faith and practice. Remember, the second half of Jesus’ instructions is to render unto God “the things that are God’s.” By allowing an oppressive federal government to trample and usurp God-ordained State authority and autonomy, Christians have sinfully rendered unto Caesar the things that are God’s. How dare them?

I have never been more repulsed by such an ignorant display of bullying arrogance as I was watching O'Reilly's 'de facto' declarations about Obama's gaps, contradictions and ducking of questions.
According to O'Reilly, we can all pack away any troubling notions about Obama now. The all-seeing, all-knowing Bill O'Reilly has declared the "all clear" on all questions concerning Obama's hidden past. And he amazingly did this waving of his magic wand cleansing all doubts without offering an iota of counter evidence!
I used to believe O'Reilly was smart, but no more.
What a disappointment.
I hope this increased attitude of dishonesty and arrogance is the beginning of the erosion of his show. He does not deserve it anymore.
I was a faithful viewer.
Those days are done.

Financially, they need to collapse America’s economy to establish a new global structure. Within that structure will be an independent funding source for the UN as well as a system to transfer America’s wealth into the hands of the elites and the governments of other countries.
Sending a massive amount of money overseas will increase America’s debt, further weaken the dollar, cause inflation and stifle any hope of a recovery; the perfect recipe to collapse our economy so that George Soros and the elites can usher in their new global structure, eliminate the dollar as the global currency and transition to a new global currency.
To those who say an American President would never do something like this to our country, read on… the process of taking America’s wealth and “spreading it around” globally is already well underway. Here are some financial facts relating to TARP and just a few of Obama’s 2011 overseas budget expenditures.
TARP: Out of the $750 billion TARP, our federal government spent $350 billion in taxpayer funds to save 35 foreign banks.
A few of Obama’s 2011 budget items… or should we say “gifts” to the globalists, courtesy of American taxpayers, in order to collapse our economy:
* $63 billion – US Global Health Initiative.
* $54.1 billion – USAID to other countries for FY 2011 – President Obama already sent $173.5 billion for international/foreign assistance ($90.6 billion in 2010 – a 60% increase compared to FY2008; $82.9 billion in 2009 – a 47% increase compared toFY2008).
* $30 billion – of the $100 billion per year for UN Climate Change Policy; the UN admitted global warming is about wealth redistribution, not climate change policy.
* $8 billion – US pays to IMF for Greece Bailout.
* $2 billion – to Brazil for OFFSHORE OIL DRILLING!!!!
* $1.9 billion – International Agriculture Programs.
* $1 billion – to Mexico so that they can drill in the Gulf (while Obama caused 23,000 Americans to lose their job because of his ban on US drilling in the Gulf).
* $665.7 million – International Family Planning & Reproductive Health Programs.
* $147.3 million – US pays Brazil each year in cotton subsidies to keep its mouth shut.

A large percentage of students enrolled in the Tucson Unified School District (TUSD), just as in much of Arizona’s public school systems are the children of immigrants, both legal and illegal. One of the courses those children are being taught is so-called Raza studies or Mexican-American studies.
Raza studies (race studies) have been taught in the TUSD for about a dozen years.
One of the textbooks they use is titled “Occupied America,” which was written by Rodolfo Acuña and includes a speech given by activist and university professor Jose Angel Gutierrez in which he says: “We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him,” (pg. 323).
The book also talks about the need for Mexico to re-take seven states in the Southwestern United States.
The following rather shocking quotes are taken directly from Occupied America (pg. 167):
“Supporters would execute all white males over age 16,” (also known as the Plan of San Diego).
“The Southwest would become a Chicano nation.”
In addition to using taxpayer funds to enforce such polarizing beliefs in Latino children in traditional public schools, the organization known as La Raza operates 100 charter schools across the country. The following is a list of a few of those schools:-La Academia Semillas del Pueblo (Los Angeles) -Atzlan Academy (Tucson, AZ) -Mexicayotl Academy (Nogales, AZ) -The Dolores Huerta Prepatory High School (Pueblo, CO) -Academia Cesar Chavez Charter School (St. Paul, MN)
In 2005 alone, $7.9 million in taxpayer funding was given out to these charter schools in the form of U.S. Department of Education grants. These schools stress Latino culture, the Spanish language, the re-conquest of the American Southwest, the establishment of the mythical Atzlan, and even Aztec math.

And the big shiny credit card that pays for everything gets cut up in two pieces. But never fear. If worst comes to worst, then we still have options.
Our government is big. Really big. So big that the 2.15 million government employees should be their own state. The population of government employees is already larger than the populations of Rhode Island, Wyoming, Delaware, Alaska, Montana, North and South Dakota, New Hampshire, Maine, Hawaii, Idaho, West Virginia, Nebraska and New Mexico. So big that if government employees formed their own state, it would be the 36th largest state in the union. So why not go for it?

Newly-installed Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus has a message for Donald Trump and other so-called "birthers": Shut up!
Priebus, who's starting to score some fundraising and organizational victories inside GOP HQ, having taken over for controversial former Chairman Michael Steele, says the debate over President Obama's birthplace and whether he can be president is a huge distraction away from the party's effort to fight Democratic spending and tax plans.
In an interview, we asked if he, like Trump, is a birther. "I'm not," says Priebus. "I believe that the president was born in Hawaii." [Read 10 things you didn't know about Reince Priebus.]

"I think that the entire issue gets me off track to what I really need to focus on which is how to beat him [Obama]," says Priebus. "And the reason I need to beat him is not because I'm the chairman of the RNC, or because I view this as some partisan endeavor that I'm on. I'm truly concerned about the future direction of our country. I'm very concerned about America. I'm concerned about the idea of America," says Priebus. "Look," he adds of Obama. "He's driving our country off a fiscal cliff, that's what he's doing."

Over the last few months, the Federal Reserve has purchased billions of Treasuries in an attempt to lower borrowing rates to alleviate unemployment and avert deflation. That was the plan.
Not all is well with the plan or its execution. As data points line up, one may even be excused for asking out loud if the Federal Reserve is actively engaged in destroying the middle class here and everywhere else on our planet. From what we see, they are driving our fiscal clown car off a cliff.
The recently released BLS import and export report simply confirms what many of already knew was happening or was going to happen. Prices everywhere on nearly everything of substance are going up dramatically. In terms of worldwide economic significance, introducing major price ramps into the supply chain of basic goods and services during an economic slowdown is a very bad idea but is also a sign of the times.
The 04-12-11 BLS News release: U.S. IMPORT AND EXPORT PRICE INDEXES -MARCH 2011 is chock full of evidence showing how an eroding dollar and rocketing commodities are affecting everything we purchase and import and what we sell overseas to our trading partners.
These increases in the basic inputs into the world wide economy are truly staggering. I have provided an excerpt below:
Fuel Imports: The price index for import fuel jumped 9.0 percent in March, the largest monthly rise since a 16.0 percent advance in June 2009. Fuel prices increased 28.7 percent for the year ended in March, driven by a 36.6 percent advance over the past six months.

Former Minnesota Governor and GOP presidential hopeful Tim Pawlenty, trying to polish up his Tea Party credentials, today urged House Republicans to vote against the 2011 Federal budget deal that was agreed to last Friday night.
The vote is scheduled for later this week. If the House takes Mr. Pawlenty's advice, the federal government would (partially) shut down.

Freshman Sen. Mike Lee tells Newsmax that he will vote against passage of the federal spending bill agreed to last week because the cuts being discussed are “absolutely miniscule” compared to the overall fiscal problems.
The Utah Republican also says he will oppose raising the ceiling on federal debt and “use every tool at my disposal” to see that it won’t be raised.

“I intend to vote no, because I think it’s not nearly enough,” he responds.
“And more importantly it’s not accompanied by any kind of structural reform mechanism designed to change the way we spend money, and so the problem is going to continue to exist.

Lee recently said he would back away from threats to filibuster attempts at raising the debt ceiling if progress is made toward a balanced budget amendment.
Discussing the vote to raise the debt ceiling, Lee says: “I know that I’m going to vote no. I know that I’m going to use every tool at my disposal to try to interfere with any efforts to raise the debt ceiling.
“I think anything that is offered in exchange for the agreement to raise the debt ceiling is going to have to be very very significant.
“It would have to be in my mind something that changes the way we spend money, so that we are not spending money constantly that we don’t have, so that we’re not racking up a huge bill that we will then send our grandchildren.
“In my mind the only thing that could do that is a balanced budget amendment. It’s the only way we can guarantee that Congress will be put into kind of an economic straightjacket where it can’t continue to harm itself.”

It's amazing how this tracks. It's like I just said: If you go back to 2006, not one Democrat voted to raise the debt limit in 2006. Republicans ran the show then. One year ago, not one Republican voted to raise the debt ceiling when they didn't run the show, of course. Just a year ago, one year, the debt ceiling has gone up by $2 trillion. Now, "Then-Minority Whip Eric Cantor (R.-Va.) rose on the House floor that day and declared that it was 'beyond comprehension' and 'a travesty' to talk about raising the legal debt limit to $14.294 trillion.
"Last week, the Republican House leadership agreed to a deal with President Barack Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D.-Nev.) to spend $3.7555 trillion in this fiscal year--even though at the close of business Friday, as the deal was being struck, the Treasury reported that it could borrow only an additional $80.85 billion before hitting the $14.294-trillion debt limit Congress set last year." So the debt ceiling increase of last year, we're bumping up agin' it now -- against it. We need to raise it again.

Back in February, Obama's director of the Office of Management and Budget, Jacob Lew, promoted the White House's allegedly draconian budget cuts in The New York Times.
Saying Obama was going to cut the 2012 budget to the bone, Lew droned on about the "difficult" cuts to "important" programs and the "many tough choices and deep cuts" in the proposed budget.
All told, the White House's brutal, Depression-era austerity plan would have snipped a couple of billion from our multi-trillion dollar federal budget.
When the Republicans proposed that, instead of cutting a few billion, the government chop $60 billion from the budget, Democrats went ballistic. They said it was madness. Republicans were proposing to bring back the miserly federal budget of 2008!
You heard me right: Those lunatics were going to roll back the federal spending clock ... almost three years!
You remember the hellish, "Lord of the Flies" days of 2008 when veterans hospitals were shuttered, Social Security checks ceased to be delivered, our military was stripped of ammunition, national parks were closed and stoplights went dark.
Wait, no -- none of that happened.
