Former Senator Rick Santorum does not deserve to be President and should immediately withdraw from the Republican primary race.
He is either too dumb to serve or too dishonest.
In response to a question about Barack Obama’s eligibility to be President, Santorum said:
“My understanding is that issue was solved. If there’s evidence to the contrary [showing Obama is not eligible], they should bring it forth.”
Perhaps Santorum should indeed look at the mountain of evidence implicating Obama as a usurper and felon.

(Sep. 18, 2011) — Summer is essentially over and the barbeques, beer and block parties are winding down, as people get back in the groove for school and prepare themselves mentally for the eventual cooling of fall and the bitterness of a harsh winter.
The informality of the warmer weather falls away and is replaced with pressed suits, starched shirts, conservative ties, high heels and business dresses. A self-absorbed America is humming along as it usually does, somewhat oblivious to the man-made hurricane that is hovering just over the horizon and threatening to come ashore.
Meanwhile, the poor put on warmer clothes to head for the welfare office where Obama’s stash is sitting there in vaults to be doled out to those who have lost their personal pride, self-reliance and claim no responsibility for their actions or consider themselves victims of discrimination or some societal-inflicted injustice of one kind or another..............

Since scandal has outrun incompetence in the Obama administration the last two weeks, even fewer liberals are anxious to defend their man in the White House. There’s been talk of a super committee, so called, of elder Democrats trying to talk Obama out of running for a second-term.
The question is: Are the Democrats trying to oust Obama? And if so, will Obama find a fall guy to take his place on the chopping block?
Liberal strategist James Carville has suggested that Obama find someone to indict. Never mind whether the person is actually guilty of a crime.
So the Mighty One has fallen a bit, but hasn’t fallen enough yet to take his place with the rest of us mere mortals bound by laws...............

Former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy has an important column in which he argues that the Solyndra fiasco is not just a garden-variety scandal, but a criminal fraud that should land someone, inside and/or outside of the Obama administration, in the slammer.
The facts are very bad. Solyndra was a money-loser from beginning to end. Its business model was untenable. The Bush administration turned it down for funding. Its owners wanted to do a public offering; for that purpose, they had to have their books audited and a report written by PriceWaterhouseCoopers. The report was more or less an obituary for the company:
[O]utside auditors from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) found that condition to be dire. “The company has suffered recurring losses from operations, negative cash flows since inception, and has a net stockholders’ deficit,” the PWC accountants concluded. Even with the gigantic Obama loan, Solyndra was such a basket case that PWC found “substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.”

It seems that Obama considers himself an exception to this rule, or at the very least he did until April 2010. The Washington Post’s Michael Shear reported at that time that Obama had refused to establish a blind trust . . . snip

I’ve requested a copy and will check to see whether Obama still holds any position with LightSquared. It’s clear that even if Obama divested himself of LightSquared at some point, he has remained close to the other investors. Previous generations had to do it the hard way. They had to buy a home, find a job, marry and have children-- without anyone from the government coming to their doorstep to tell them how to do it all. Few of our nation's youth born in this golden time can believe what savages we once were. How can they comprehend an America in which anyone could walk into a store and leave with a package of lawn darts a few minutes later? An America where people had to decide for themselves what to order in a restaurant that could sell any type of food at all regardless of its salt and calorie content. A maddening chaotic society in which ordinary citizens could place items on the ballot and they would become state laws. And all the states had different laws. Think of it.....................

Reno, Nevada (CNN) — “Mass casualties” were reported at an air show after a plane slammed into the box seat area in front of a grandstand at the National Championship Air Races and Air Show in Reno on Friday, a spokesman for the show told CNN.
At least two people died and 54 people were transported from the scene with injuries, according to officials.
The pilot, identified as Jimmy Leeward, a real estate developer from Ocala, Florida, was likely killed in the crash, the show said in a statement. He was flying a P-51 Mustang. The event has been canceled and a memorial service will be held for the pilot Saturday afternoon, the show said.

This time he used his weekly radio address to push his American Jobs Act saying, "every one of you can help make it happen by telling your congressperson to pass this jobs bill right away." But he has yet to explain how his new plan can possibly work when virtually the same ideas at double the cost didn't work last time.
Mr. Obama is offering the same kind of temporary tax cuts, extremely targeted tax credits and employment subsidies that were contained in 2009's $800 billion stimulus bill. Then as now, he went into crisis-mode demanding swift passage of the bill to keep the national unemployment rate below 8% and get it down to 6% within months. It rose to over 9% and is still there with the underemployment rate, which includes those who have stopped looking for work, at 16.2%.

It has recently come to my attention that cell phones are profoundly changing the world in ways we may not realize. Kids are growing up learning the shorthand spellings of words commonly used in cellphone text messaging.
These misspellings are bleeding over into their non text messaging life. This is not good in my opinion. But this is a small thing compared to what is going on with kids in other parts of the world.
In countries where modern technology is common and the Latin alphabet is not traditionally used, kids are learning to text message their native language using a simplified Latin alphabet. I am talking about the middle east and south east asia specifically. Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, India, Iran...use complex alphabets and are not practical to use for text messaging
Vietnam uses a highly complex variation of the latin alphabet that cannot be utilized on most cell phones, if any. They are gradually dropping the complexities and using the simpler european latin alphabet.
I believe we are witnessing a gradual shift to the world wide use of the standard latin alphabet and it is all because of cell phone proliferation and the internet.............

Also, I believe it is true that we all initially see all of those Marines who came before us as old corps; but later, after a few, or many, years our perception of that tends to narrow somewhat and we all decide to some degree just what the old corps means to us individually.
Our opinions are founded and shaped according to when we entered the Corps, our experiences, etc. And so our own perception of the Old Corps may become both similar and /or dissimilar to one another’s.
But it is that period of time between the world wars that I would choose for myself as that which best falls into the category of Old Corps–for me, anyway–and it is...............

It is no longer a question if Obama will fall, but when. The question remaining, however, is which members of the political establishment will fall with him.
Republicans and Democrats are now beginning to scramble to identify scapegoats or formulating excuses, not only for Obama’s abysmal policy failures, but for allowing a usurper and criminal to occupy the White House.
The mainstream media are now starting ever so slowly to criticize Obama, not because they have suddenly discovered that there is an empty suit sitting in the Oval Office, but because they are desperately trying to regain some semblance of journalistic credibility after nearly four years of fawning and sycophantic coverage as Obama’s public relations firm.
Neither the political establishment nor the mainstream media are worth saving.
Obama was never eligible for the Presidency because he is not a natural born citizen (nor are Marco Rubio and Bobby Jindal).
Nancy Pelosi, many senior Democrats and Hawaiian government officials have always known that Obama could not verify his eligibility..............
