During the current on-going battle over Obama/Soetoro's usurpation of the office of the president and Americans trying to understand the difference between U.S. citizen and 'natural born citizen' as required by the U.S. Constitution, John McCain's name continues to be used as an example of a natural born citizen. But, is it true?
The chicanery that went on back in 2008 was for a reason, because as we know, nothing that goes on in the District of Criminals isn't well thought out by the evil doers.
Please note the dates of importance: McCain was born in 1936. Johnny boy claims he was born in a military hospital that wasn't even authorized until 1941. Act surprised. McCain lied and the lackeys in the "mainstream" media and cable network anchors were either too lazy to do serious research or politically biased to expose the truth. Again.

McCain was the designated loser for 2008. Best to make sure your surrogate puppet gets on the ballot.
When attorney Leo Donofrio filed the first lawsuit in New Jersey in 2008, it was to keep McCain, Obama and Nicaraguan born Roger Colera, presidential candidate for the Socialist Workers Party, off the ballot.
Colera was removed from the ballot because he was obviously foreign born; he was in the country as a legal alien.

Rest at link. It is very detailed and took quite a bit of time to look up all the codes. I believe the author is correct and so was Leo to include McCain in his lawsuit to keep him off the ballot in 2008.

There is much hoopla going on regarding Sen. Marco Rubio as either a presidential candidate (he says he won't run) or VP candidate. Rubio is another band aid senator, but that aside, he's also ineligible to be president or VP. I believe you will come to the same conclusion after reading the legal analysis (Panamanchurian Candidate) and Leo's filing.
