American flag confiscated from 7th-grade student:
DOVER, N.H. (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Old Glory hangs proudly in the hallway at Dover Middle school where the pledge of allegiance is recited every morning.
But there was a breach in school policy when a 7th grader, who is also autistic, brought his flag to school.
The flag was taken away because school officials said it could be used as a weapon.
