Time to Reboot America:

I originally titled this article as a query, “Time To Reboot America?,” but after a little thought realized that there is no question—it is past time to reboot America.
By “reboot” I mean that it is time for “we the people” to avail ourselves of the instructions left to us by the Founders:"
