Now here it is, three years after the yet-to-be-vetted president took office, and we’re still doing nothing but blowing hot air at one another and expecting something to happen. Well, nothing’s going to happen without some sort of physical involvement, and that’s the bottom line.....

On May 4, 1970, four members of a group of anti-Vietnam War protestors were shot dead and nine others seriously wounded; one of which was permanently paralyzed.
The shots that were fired came from the National Guard that was called in to quell a series of protests aimed against the government’s decision to invade Cambodia. When a shot was heard in front of the troops, some of the troops began to fire into a crowd of students. Soldiers who were interviewed later stated that the tension was high and nerves were unsteady.
What had led up to this tension was unceasing vitriolic condemnation of the protestors from many, including President Nixon, who was reported to have called the protestors “Bums… blowing up campuses” and the knowledge that a few nights before, the ROTC building on campus had been burned to the ground. Again, these polls are bullshit.
Take this one for example. It shows Romney with 23% and Paul with 13%. The poll has a listed margin of error of 5% (rounded 2 tenths). That means the actual results could easily in reality be 18% for both.
None of these polls publishes their methodology and none of us sit in those rooms where they supposedly do their surveys. Therefore tell all these poll places to kiss your ass–you’re not buying anymore!

According to the Daily Mail, a British Royal Navy vessel was ordered to turn its onboard guns because they were parked pointing toward at a hotel Mrs. Obama was staying in during her recent visit to South Africa.
Fearing the First Lady might be in danger, minders ordered the captain of the HMS Edinburgh stationed in Cape Town, South Africa, to switch them away from her five-star suite.
The U.S. agents have since been accused of overreacting after it emerged the Sea Dart missiles were, in fact, loaded with blanks having been used during a ceremony in honour of a sailor who had died.

The FBI has awarded a $524,927 contract to a Virginia company to record as much radio news and talk programming as it can find on the Internet.
The FBI says it is not playing big brother by policing the airwaves, but rather seeking access to what airs as potential evidence.
"This doesn't give us any enhanced capability, prying into or any 'big brother' concerns because this is information that's being put out on the airwaves," FBI spokesman Paul Bresson told WMAL.com. "Its very important to our investigators to know what's being reported."
Bresson cites as an example of the case of the Times Square bomber.
"It's ideal for cases like that because we can extract information that's already been reported and help our investigators make better decisions.".....

“I happened to walk into an operating room where they were doing an abortion on a late pregnancy,” Ron Paul says in his newest campaign ad. “They lifted out a small baby that was able to cry and breathe and they put it in a bucket and put it in the corner of the room and pretended it wasn’t there.
“I walked down the hallway and a baby was born early, slightly bigger than the baby that they just put in a bucket and they wanted to save this baby. So they might have had 10 doctors in there, doing everything conceivable.
“Who are we to decide that we pick and throw one away and pick up and struggle to save the other ones?
“Unless we resolve this and understand that life is precious and we must protect life, we can’t protect liberty.”
