THE OBAMA MACHINE AFFIRMS FEAR OF LOSING OFFICE By Lynn Stuter

As of this writing, America is 70 days into the Also Known As (AKA) “Obama” Administration. People have sent me e-mails asking me to call this man our “president” or call him by his name, “Barack Obama.”
I can do neither. AKA is not our legal president, he is a usurper sitting in the Oval Office, signing into law bills when he has not legal authority to do so, having failed to produce one shred of credible evidence that he is eligible to the office of president under Article II, Section 1, United States Constitution. As he is not our legal president, the laws he is signing are null and void, any money appropriated and spent under those bills constitutes criminal theft perpetrated upon the American body politic.
As far as calling this man Barack Obama, that is not possible, either. As best we can ascertain, his real name is Barry Soetoro; there not being one shred of credible evidence that after being adopted by Lolo Soetoro sometime before January 1, 1967 that Barry Soetoro had his name legally changed back to Barack Obama. As such, his name is really Barry Soetoro, and Barack Hussein Obama is one of the many aliases by which he is known.
In short, we have a usurper sitting in the Oval Office with every duly elected United States Senator and every duly elected United States Representative refusing to uphold their oaths of office and demand this man produce evidence of his eligibility, spouting forth such inanities to constituents as “he’s produced his birth certificate,” “he was born in Hawaii,” and “he was vetted by a vote of the American people,” all absurd banalities spewed forth from the mouths of individuals who obviously view their oath of office as a mere formality not to be taken seriously. And the people wonder why this country is in such a mess. Gee, I just cannot imagine, can you?
Further evidence of the traitorous acts of Congress are the votes cast on the $787 billion piggy package of port barrel spending (H.R. 1) and the $410 billion piggy package of pet projects (H.R. 1105). Not being satisfied at having run this country over $1 trillion further into the hole, AKA produced a $3.6 trillion “proposed budget” that even the European Union president stated would “undermine the liquidity of the global financial market.”
It is obvious that the intent of AKA is to run this country into the ground; a goal he has managed to further significantly in the span of 70 days!
Then we have the “voluntary” community service bill (H.R. 1388) to establish the AKA “civilian national security force” otherwise known as the AKA brown-shirt Gestapo goon squad. Representative James McDermott (D-WA), member of the Progressive (read that Marxist) Caucus is right in the game, introducing HR 1444 to make “voluntary” mandatory, an oxymoron if ever there was one. He undoubtedly has received a pat on the head (or elsewhere) from the schmuck occupying the Oval Office.
And not to be outdone, we have the good Republican Representative, Robert Latta (OH), who introduced H.R. 233 recognizing the contributions of the Freemasons to (the destruction of) this nation. Thanks, Representative Latta, for introducing this bill of such insignificance at a time when our nation is falling apart because you refuse to uphold your oath of office! Golly, we all out here in the hinterlands just feel so privileged to have you as one of our duly elected!!!
And not to be outdone, we have the nine traitors sitting in their comfy chambers at our expense in the “halls of justice”. What a misnomer that is. Our illustrious justices would be more in tune with their actions if they spent their time as AKA’s court jesters; they have certainly proven themselves to be against the Constitution and Bill of Rights; they and AKA obviously sup at the same table of elitist skullduggery.
And then there is the body politic of America who are rapidly waking up to the fact that AKA was not, and is not, what he portends to be; that his promise of “hope and change” does not align with our Constitution and Bill or Rights; that AKA is a Marxist from the word go.
To try and squelch opposition, to try and keep his Marxist agenda from the public view, AKA is working feverishly to establish a pro-AKA goon squad to out-shout anyone who speaks the truth about his agenda to destroy America.
This past week saw AKA turn his attention from sniping at the likes of Rush Limbaugh to the American body politic. If what follows does not tell people that something is decidedly amiss with the claims that AKA is ineligible to the office of president, nothing will.
There exists, in Snohomish County, Washington, a man by the name of Stephen Pidgeon. Mr Pidgeon is an attorney and the attorney of record in the cause of Broe v Reed, an action dismissed by the Washington State Supreme Court as “moot” on January 9, 2009, carefully side-stepping the merits of the case brought by Broe, et al. Nothing new or surprising there. Washington State Supreme Court justices are no more or less corrupt than their equals in the United States Supreme Court. Should we be surprised that they would be too cowardly to take on AKA and the mighty Chicago machine that stands behind him?
But Stephen Pidgeon is a man of God who believes that justice must prevail for the 360,000,000 legal Americans inhabiting this country. To that end, Mr Pidgeon has gone about the business of establishing a National Grand Jury, the fourth arm of the United States government afforded the citizens of this nation at times like this when their duly elected and appointed representatives refuse to uphold their oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic; when the duly elected prove their cowardice in the face of what they perceive as political self-interest. Case in point, a non-American, a usurper sitting in the Oval Office and inhabiting the White House.
On March 25, 2009, Stephen Pidgeon reported to various sources, the presence of “law enforcement” officers from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), complete in regalia to their black goon-mobiles, overtly positioned in proximity to his home. The DHS officials were joined by Snohomish County Sheriff Officers as well as Everett City Police Department Officers in following and hazing Mr Pidgeon, members of his family, employees of his law firm, and associates in an open show of harassment and intimidation.
It seems, AKA., while desperately trying to give the appearance of ignoring the question of his eligibility to the office he has usurped, has, indeed, been paying close attention. It also seems that AKA has unleashed his goon squad against Mr Pidgeon in an attempt to find out what Mr Pidgeon knows about AKA that AKA does not want the American people to know and/or to put a damper on the perfectly legal National Grand Jury because it will effectively expose AKA for the illegal alien usurper that he is.

The message of the AKA goon squad was made clear: we know where you live, cease and desist or bad things can happen. This stupid move on the part of AKA was nothing short of an open admission on his part that he is what the evidence shows: an illegal alien ineligible to the office of president; just has so many have stated.
Are we doing to take this sitting down, America? Are we going to slink away like cowards or are we going to stand up and be counted?
I, for one, will not slink away. I was taught that you never start a fight, but once one gets started, only a coward backs away!
I sent the following letter to my three duly elected cowards in DC:
“This is a formal complaint, regarding the harassment of a private citizen, his family, his employees and business associates, by goons from the Department of Homeland Security, obviously under the direction of the scumbag in the Oval Office who calls himself president.
The Department of Homeland Security, it seems, has taken up following in a very open and intimidating manner, Stephen Pidgeon, attorney and private citizen, members of his family, his employees and business associates. As you may be aware, Mr Pidgeon has been instrumental in gathering evidence that Barry Soetoro, a/k/a Barack Obama, is not an American citizen; that his candidacy was and is an act of fraud perpetrated on the American body politic, his entering the White House under the aegis of “President,” a usurpation.
It seems now, that in an effort to protect the fraud he has committed against the American body politic, Mr Soetoro has unleashed his personal goon-squad, in the form of the Department of Homeland Security, to try and intimidate and harass Mr Pidgeon into ceasing his efforts on behalf of the American body politic.
This is a formal complaint against the actions of the Department of Homeland Security.
I fully expect that you will instigate a complete investigation of this harassment of private American citizens who has every right, under the Constitution, to be free from fear of government oppression/intimidation/harassment.
I fully expect that any and all, involved in the harassment/intimidation of Mr Pidgeon, his family and law firm employees and associates, will be immediately relieved of their duties, including those under whose orders they so engaged.
It is very apparent, from this activity, that Mr Soetoro, a/k/a Barack Obama, definitely has more than a little to hide.
As such, I fully expect the full weight of the Congress to be brought to bear on Barry Soetoro; that he be forced to produce all documents relevant to his eligibility to the office of president inclusive of his medical records, school records, higher education records, selective service records, passport records, adoption records and the vault copy of his birth certificate held by Hawaii.
Your immediate attention to this matter is required.”
And because the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office and Everett City Police Department were also reportedly involved, I sent the following to my three state representatives:
“As you are undoubtedly aware, there are serious concerns regarding the eligibility of Barack Obama to the office of president. A growing body of evidence points to the fact that Obama is not who he says he is; that he was, at birth, a citizen of Kenya; that the document he claims is his birth certificate is not a birth certificate, beyond that [it] is a forgery; that he was, at least in 1981, a citizen of Indonesia.
Stephen Pidgeon, an attorney from Snohomish County, has been instrumental in gathering evidence pertaining to everything that Mr Obama has attempted to conceal from the American people concerning his birth records, education records, passport records, adoption records. Mr Pidgeon has also been instrumental in establishing a National Grand Jury, a right of the American people when those who took an oath to protect and defend the United States Constitution fail or refuse to do so. What Mr Pidgeon is doing is both legal and lawful.
On March 25, 2009, Mr Pidgeon, members of his family, employees and business associates were followed and intimidated/harassed by law enforcement from the Department of Homeland Security, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, and the Everett City Police Department. That harassment was open, overt, and obviously intended to send Mr Pidgeon a clear message to cease and desist his quest for justice for the American people.
I object to what amounts to jack booted thugs harassing citizens of this state, this country, in what amounts [to] an act intended to suppress the truth.
The American people have pled with the courts and their legal representatives to do something about a man who does not appear to be eligible to the office of president under the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 1. The courts and our duly elected representatives have failed/refused to comply with their oaths of office to uphold the U.S. Constitution.
In so doing, they have left the American people no choice but to pursue this matter by other means. If our Constitution is allowed to be undermined by this man, as is happening, then our country is dead and our freedom is gone. Soetoro a/k/a Obama has been working as rapidly as possible to turn this nation into a satellite soviet state under the hammer of communism/fascism/Nazism.
I am calling on you to lodge a formal complaint against the actions of the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, the Everett Police Department and the Department of Homeland Security.
Our Constitution and Bill of Rights are at stake.”
If we are to retain “freedom, liberty, and justice” we cannot allow AKA and his goon squad to intimidate American citizens because those American citizens happen to believe in and support the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights.
And for anyone who thinks the harassment/intimidation of Stephen Pidgeon, his family, employees and associates is justified, remember that what these goons are allowed to do to others, they can and will do to you. That is the way of a tyrant.

On December 5, 2008, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS), in conference, decided to address Donofrio vs Wells by not addressing it; by simply denying the writ of certiorari.
On December 12, 2008, the Supreme Court of the United States, in conference, decided to address Wrotnowski vs Bysiewicz, et al, by not addressing it; by simply denying the application to stay the election and denying the injunction disallowing the Electoral College to vote on December 15, 2008.
There are more lawsuits in the works; it is doubtful SCOTUS will give them a hearing either; choosing, instead, to simply side-step the issue without explanation or justification.
What are the ramifications of the SCOTUS refusal to address the issue of the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to the office of president under Article II, Section 1, United States Constitution?

I have stated in previous articles that I believe we are currently under a passive state of Martial Law, which began when "mandatory volunteerism" became the mantra for the greater good in our "communities." I've asked this question before, and I repeat if for your consideration: what is the difference between mandatory civilian labor, as so described in Executive Orders pertaining to Martial Law, and mandatory volunteerism? The only difference, I believe, is the lack of military enforcement on our streets. But, are our streets without military enforcement? What about the swat teams raiding private homes, food co-ops, and other "community" residences and organizations? Why the cross-training between military and local law enforcement agencies? Why the private military corporations on homeland soil? What's with the tasering of "community" members? What's with the shooting of family pets?

The concept of the greater good, created by think tanks and spewed by generations of politicians, provided the impetus for the usurpation of our Constitution. The greater good is a strategically scripted morality campaign and code to force-manipulate American people into accepting total social, military, and technological controls. The greater good is the reason why we are "sacrificing" our religions, our homes and private property, our jobs and incomes, our retirements and savings, our automobiles, and most particularly, our ability to have personal opinions.
So what exactly is the greater good? The greater good is a documented and rule-bound social contract which was bound together by the United Nations in a document called Agenda 21. So, here we are, all these years later, and just as so many have warned, we are back to the reality and fruition of Agenda 21.
Here's the greater good in a nutshell:
Religious belief is illegal minus environmental worship, which manipulates us into acceptance of tribal lifestyles – minus, of course, the billionaires. Their lifestyles will remain unaltered, and they will sacrifice nothing whatsoever. We, however, will sacrifice warmth in winter, coolness in summer, driving automobiles, eating meat, gun ownership, all privacy, and any accumulation of money. We will sacrifice home ownership, and privately owned land will be disallowed and illegal. Water will be rationed. Employment will be rationed. Sound familiar?
The greater good also demonstrates itself with paramilitary policing and Executive Orders that define martial law, the taking of your food stores, the splitting up of your family members, your national registration by your local post office officials, the confiscation of your farms and firearms, and removal of rural roads and access, biometric ID cards, and the elimination of your right to mobility. You will move when told to do so. You will stay put when told to do so. Swat teams will mainstream into your "communities." Sound familiar? These are but just a few examples of the greater good, which are now passively operating in your communities – the key word being "passively."
Behind the greater good lies a very powerful incentive called Martial Law, which our elected have been preparing for US for at least six decades. Martial Law is military control at its finest and worst. Martial Law is declared under a state of emergency. The United States is in a declared state of emergency. Martial Law becomes military reality when a president says it's a reality.

Your personal opinions, which may differ from the greater good, leave heavily illegal footprints in a world under new government and siege, which appears to be much less than passive. The greater good is mandatory, and you need to understand your mandatory codes of conduct. Oh, and by the way, your new codes of conduct are all dolled up in environmentalism. Agenda 21 tells you that your new "community" behaviors will save Earth from total destruction due to your heavy and illegal personal opinion footprints, which is why you needed a behavioral code of conduct book for the greater good. Agenda 21 also tells you that owning private property simply cannot be, and that only government can morally own property.
Now, as our newly elected globalist leaders are ready to lead us into the greater good, let us be ready, as well. Take your volunteer posts, smile; be prepared to turn in your polluting and constitutional neighbors – especially the ones that own cows and horses that pass gas – and partner with a governing organization. I hear tell that hungry and unemployed families are currently turning in their guns in exchange for food in some cities – using such greater good programs that were set up to help the hungry and unemployed. After all, the Second Amendment is certainly not for the greater good unless, of course, you're a paramilitary man.

ARMY BRIGADES TRAIN FOR HOMELAND RESPONSE MISSION By By NWV News Director, Jim Kouri

"The liberal-left would love to see federal troops cracking down on American citizens while allowing terrorists, illegal aliens and criminals to rule the streets of our cities and towns," accuses Baker.
The first active-duty unit dedicated to supporting US civilian authorities in the event of a nuclear, biological or chemical attack is wrapping up three days of intensive training in tactics to be used within the continental United States, according to Armed Forces Press Service representative Donna Miles.
Ms. Miles reported to news reporters, bloggers and Internet journalists that troops from the 3rd Infantry Division's 1st Brigade Combat Team are at the Naval facility located in Indian Head, Maryland getting hands-on training in skills they would depend on to provide support during a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive incident, known here as a CBRNE.
The "Rock of the Marne" division, which returned to Fort Stewart, Ga., in early spring from its third deployment to Iraq, was designated Oct. 1 as part of the CBRNE Consequence Management Force. The force includes various military assets assigned to US Northern Command that could be called on to respond to a natural or manmade disaster.
However, not everyone is happy about this latest military development coming so close to the transition from the Bush White House to the Obama Administration. Some observers believe this plan is part of a deal between President-Elect Barack Obama and the current Secretary of Defense who will remain in his current position even after the Bush-Obama transition.
"While Obama and his team are making it sound as if they will use the military in a non-combative roll, part of the training being conducted is in urban warfare," claims political strategist Mike Baker.
"Obama appears oblivious to Posse Comitatus and to the US Constitution when it comes to using the military against civilians within US borders," he added.
The division will conduct the mission for a year, rotating its six divisions through escalating readiness levels, explained Army Col. Roger Cloutier, who commands the 1st Brigade "Raiders." After that, the mission will pass to other Army brigade combat teams, Pentagon officials told NewsWithViews.com
If first responders found themselves short of manpower or equipment in a disaster, they could tap into the team through US Northern Command and Joint Task Force Civil Support.
About 200 of Cloutier's soldiers came this week to learn the ropes in a realistic setting from the experts: the Marine Corps Chemical Biological Incident Response Force. The Marines stood up the unit in 1996 in response to a subway sarin gas attack in Tokyo. Today, it remains the only active-duty element that trains daily in CBRNE consequence management.
The training realism began before the soldiers ever reached the Indian Head facility. They received a no-notice alert at 4:30 a.m. Dec. 8 and deployed just over 24 hours later from Hunter Army Airfield with four aircraft, about 15 vehicles and other equipment and gear.
Exercises at The Marines' Raymond M. Downey Sr. Responder Training Facility gave the soldiers insight into the conditions and challenges they likely would face if called to help rescue victims and provide temporary life support during a disaster.
"This is as realistic as I imagine it can get," said Army Lt. Col. Joel Hamilton as two of his soldiers burst from a smoke-filled building carrying the mannequin they had searched through the dark to locate. "My soldiers are being stressed with some very realistic scenarios."
Hamilton, who commands the 1st Battalion, 41st Field Artillery, looked on as the soldiers navigated under and through "collapsed" structures and walls and felt their way through dark, smoke-filled buildings and confined spaces to search for survivors.
Working in buddy teams, they inched through spaces as tight as two feet by two feet, wearing blacked-out gas masks that offered zero visibility. They yelled directions to the man behind them, their voices rising over rap music the Marines had cranked up to further confuse the situation.
As the soldiers moved, each maintained at least three points of contact on the floors and walls at all times to keep from getting disoriented. "This is all by feel and communication," Hamilton said.

At another station, the soldiers practiced the techniques to lift seemingly unmovable 17,000-pound concrete beams to reach people trapped beneath. Meanwhile, other soldiers tried their hand at using the "jaws of life" and other equipment to free passengers "trapped" in their vehicles.
The Marines focused on their own safety throughout the training, emphasizing how quickly first responders can become victims themselves. "We don't want to be the rescuers who need rescuing," said Staff Sgt. Ray Johnstone, an M109 Palladin crew chief.
"It's all about teamwork," he said. "Teamwork is what gets the job done safely and effectively. And it's what we're doing here."
While military experts are excited about this use of soldiers within the borders of the United States, many police commanders and officers are less enthusiastic.
"I cannot understand why the federal government is so intent on using such military force within our borders. It reminds me of the Branch Davidian massacre in Waco, Texas when the feds used excessive deadly force against men, women and children. And they used that deadly physical force based on false information," warns former NYPD detective and US Marine Sid Francis.
"While I've served in the military and continue as a reservist, as a [New Jersey] cop I'm troubled about the use of federal troops coming into our communities during any emergencies," said Detective Lieutenant Stephan Rodgers
The Pentagon credited teamwork the brigade built during 15 months in Iraq's Anbar province with giving its soldiers a leg up on their new mission. Junior leaders developed critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, and soldiers learned how to interact with other coalition forces as well as Iraqi military and local government leaders.
And just as they understood in Iraq that they were supporting Iraqi army and police forces, they understand that if called to respond to a CBRNE incident, they'll support state and local authorities, Cloutier said.
"We understand our role, and the fact that we are not in charge," he said. "We are here to help and to find out, 'What do you need?'
The biggest strength his unit would bring to the mission, Cloutier said, is "4,000 soldiers with a can-do attitude who are here to help."
"I'm pretty excited that we have the utilities to go out and help people," he said. "This is more of the stuff I joined the Army for."
With 10 years in the Army, and a long string of deployments under his belt -- to Kosovo, Afghanistan and three to Iraq -- Johnstone called the CBRNE mission a welcome opportunity to serve his own countrymen.
"We're ecstatic about it," he said of the mission. "This is something new and different. It's about actively saving lives," he said. "Hopefully we never have to get the call to do it. But if we get that call, we are ready."
"No one questions the patriotism of these soldiers. I believe using them is merely a temporary tactic by a President Obama. His true goal is the creation of a 'security force' that is directly under his control and easily deployed within the United States," warns Baker.
"During the Katrina hurricane and flood in New Orleans, the left-wing journalists painted a picture of corrupt and cowardly local police while calling for more federal law enforcement and agency response," he said.
"The liberal-left would love to see federal troops cracking down on American citizens while allowing terrorists, illegal aliens and criminals to rule the streets of our cities and towns," accuses Baker.

It seems that everyone today is asking why there is no media coverage of the many legal challenges to Obama's eligibility to become president, based upon many valid questions regarding his citizenship. Instead of simply answering these challenges with documented proof of his citizenship, he has chosen instead to conceal from public view, every single legal document he has, and spend a half million dollars in lawyer fees to fight the cases in hopes of getting them dismissed or delayed indefinitely.
The documents he has had sealed that would answer this looming question are his original birth certificate, his passport, his college records from both Columbia and Harvard universities, his health records, and his original Selective Service registration — if it exists at all. Many inconsistencies in the Selective Service registration form, which has appeared on the web indicate it has been forged or altered. Obama seems determined to hide his true identity. Some investigators are even questioning the identity of his paternal father, based on his stronger resemblance to Frank Marshal Davis and Malcolm X than to Barack Obama Sr.
The electronic copy of the document posted on Obama's website, authenticated by the Hawaii Department of Health and FactCheck.org, and being called his birth certificate is not a birth certificate. The Hawaiian "Certification Of Live Birth" is a document available to any child in Hawaii over one year of age, regardless of where the child was born. The Hawaiian "Certificate Of Live Birth" is a Hawaiian birth certificate showing that the child was born in Hawaii, and Obama doesn't seem to have one. At least, not one he is willing to show us.
How could 44 million Americans vote for a man they really know nothing about other than what he has told them? Has any president ever before in history been elected without revealing the most basic of documents like a birth certificate and academic records? Remember how Bush's and Kerry's college and military records were highly scrutinized during their campaigns? For all we really know about Obama, he could be a space alien sent to Earth as a small child. Yet 44 million people voted for him based on nothing more than his campaign rhetoric of undefined "hope" and "change," and anti-American redistribution of wealth.
Two of the cases challenging Obama's citizenship have just been dismissed by the Supreme Court, but several more have already been filed for review. Citizens across the country are signing petitions, blogging, and posting on the Internet. They are demanding that this issue be resolved before Obama is elected by the Electoral College on Dec. 15, or at the latest by Jan. 20 when he is scheduled to be sworn into office. Yet in spite of this nationwide outrage, the media refuses even to mention what is likely to be a major news story of the century — people want to know why.
I suspect that the media aren't covering the story because they are convinced that Obama will become our next president, and they've decided to be safe, rather than sorry. We have all seen what happens to people who publicly challenge Obama or disagree with him — reporters tossed off his campaign plane; investigation of Joe the Plumber, challengers smeared, etc. Obama and his surrogates attempt either to shut them up or shut them down. Any mention of his citizenship status is dismissed as a conspiracy theory or a hoax. Yet we have only his word that he is an American citizen, and that seems to be all the evidence that his supporters have as well on which to base their cynical and arrogant assumptions about his citizenship and our grounds to question it.
Any media outlet that covers this issue will likely be denied a seat in the White House press room as well as any other access to White House staff and the presumed president. They would also be concerned about their broadcast license being threatened by an Obama administration. I suspect what has happened is that media outlet executives have given strict orders to their news directors and editors that this story is not to be mentioned for fear of repercussions by the proposed future administration should it actually become a reality.... How many newspapers today will cover the constitutional issue of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Obama, aka Barack Dunham, aka Barry Dunham, regarding his eligibility to serve as president of these United States of America? A couple of newspapers east of the Mississippi have done so over the past week, but they did it kicking and screaming all the way. However, they have all slanted the coverage to portray it as being a negative issue, instead of the issue being of paramount importance: Does the U.S. Constitution matter anymore?

It isn’t just the conspiracy of silence by newspapers in this country regarding Obama. Major newspapers carry the same columnists year after year, who do nothing more than parrot political party lines. Their editorial pages are consistently filled with drivel to promote a new world order agenda with cleverly worded essays. The event that will determine whether or not this nation survives was not the popular vote for Illegal-Alien Elect Hussein. It will be the decision the U.S. Supreme Court makes on whether he is eligible to serve. Some people in the other branches have said the Constitution is dead. The late Republicrud Congressman Henry Hyde of Illinois – a purported "conservative" – said as follows: "The Constitution is old and needs to be rewritten."
Hyde also said this: "There are things in the Constitution that have been over taken by events, by time. The declaration of war is one of them. There are things no longer relevant to a modern society. Why declare war if you don't have to? . . . It's inappropriate, it's anachronistic and it isn't done anymore." So Hyde was content to leave that awesome power in the hands of one man. The Founders were not.
Many Capitol sources report that when Republican leaders were reluctant to renew certain provisions of the "Patriot" Act, el presidente Jorge W. Boosh replied, "I don't give a goddamn. I'm the President and the Commander-in-Chief. Do it my way." Told there was a valid case that the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution, Boosh allegedly screamed, "Stop throwing the Constitution in my face! It's just a goddamned piece of paper!" Needless to say, Boosh is another "conservative."
Of course Hyde was a legislator and Boosh is a buffoon. Their opinions are worthless. But now a confrontation approaches that will be decisive. By December first, Illegal-Alien Elect Hussein must show proof to the U.S. Supreme Court that he is a "natural born citizen." On December fifth, the entire court will decide whether to consider the question.
There are only two possibilities. Either Hussein is a natural born citizen or he is not. So far, all the evidence says he is not. His grandmother says she was in the Mombasa hospital room when he was born. His half-siblings agree. His own site says he was a citizen of Kenya at birth. His step father registered him in school as a citizen of Indonesia. Last week, His Excellency Peter Ogego, Kenyan Ambassador to the United States, told WRIF Radio in Detroit that Hussein was indeed born in Kenya.
On the other side, there are some forged documents; there is no evidence. And now comes an investigator who uses the name "Ron Polarik," probably for self-protection. "Polarik" is a Ph.D. with twenty years of experience validating documents, especially computer-generated documents. His report on the fraudulent Hussein documents is overwhelmingly exhaustive. If Hussein does indeed have proof he is natural born, why has he withheld it? The only speculation I can think of is he has waited all this time to reveal it in order to embarrass lawyers Phil Berg and Leo Donofrio and many others who have filed suits. By revealing it now he could play the injured party and leave lots of egg on their faces, but the new question would arise of why he has been playing games all along and wasted so much of the nation's time, when he could have put the matter to rest long ago. So far he still qualifies as Illegal-Alien Elect.
If the U.S. Supreme Court rules in his favor – in the face of the metastasizing evidence – I shall conclude that the Constitution now is dead and therefore that the country is no more, because the High Court says so. Remember, this is not a case with evidence and arguments on both sides, in which the court must find the preponderance. There is nothing on the other side, except counterfeits and forgeries.
One delicious aspect of the case is that during the recent campaign Hussein said he would not have nominated Justice Clarence Thomas to the High Court because, says Hussein, he was "not experienced enough," and it was to Justice Thomas that lawyer Leo Donofrio brought his action.
Among the many differences between Hussein and Thomas is that we know where Thomas was born and he is considerably blacker than Hussein. Hussein also says he would not have nominated Justice Antonin Scalia. If these two and but two others vote to consider the citizenship issue when the full court meets on December fifth, the court will consider it. There would still be time to cancel the meeting of the electoral college. Will the court have the courage to do it?
What would it mean if the Constitution were dead? Even before the interment, the effects are apparent, as in an approaching hurricane. The Constitution is our basic, organic law, from which all written law descends. Without it, there would be lip service, not law. The government would simply issue arbitrary decrees. There would be dictatorship. The concept of legality would evaporate. How could you tell right from wrong? Something would be right if you could get away with it. If you could not, it would be wrong.
Meanwhile, remember that it was not just the superb campaign the Obamatrons mounted – including funding, organization, election fraud, etc. – that elected Hussein. Without the collaboration of the national Communist media, left and right, Hussein could not have been elected, however much funding, organization and fraud he employed. On the left there was sickening degenerate Chris Matthews, who feels a thrill run up his leg during wet dreams about Hussein. There was Katie Kook and the Communist Broadcasting System. On the right, there were Limbag, Loopy Laura and sissy puke Levin, who helped conceal the real story of Hussein, all the things we tell you here.
You may recall that, more than once, I called the people in the national Communist media traitors, enemies of this country just as much as an invading Wehrmacht division would have been in World War II, except that because these propagandist agents of a foreign power do not fight in uniform, they are terrorists and therefore are not protected by the Geneva Convention. A reader responds to those comments as follows:

What if the anger against these elite and their pawns reaches a boiling point and their mobility of reporting anywhere in this country is no longer an option. "I live in Northern Virginia and I'll never forget the whole DC sniper thing. One media woman, Martha Raddatz (ABC news) I recall was absolutely terrified at the time for her own life when these two black men were having their turkey shoot on the public. That intrigued me quite. These media cowards fear death and for their own personal safety more than anything.
"They believe in no God so this is it for them, heaven on earth. Think how frightened guys like Tom Brokaw, Rivera, Mrs. Greenspan, or some other reporter would be if they feared for their own safety or being kidnapped. They would not travel anymore and be scared out of their minds. They'd be limited to DC and NY (How appropriate—the new American "Green" zone—as in green save the planet (grin).)
"It will also be unsafe soon if the economy is destroyed for all people to travel long distances by car (like I do driving to Florida a lot, which some day possibly I won't be able to do) and it will devolve into dangerous crime like you see in places like Mexico or Panama. Gangs of thugs will force you over the side of the road, rob you, (possibly rape you if you are a woman) and then kill you. That is coming if this keeps up. Mad Max."
It is reasonable to speculate that the author of this message is not alone, that many other Americans think the same way, Americans who are no longer impressed by television "celebrities." And by the way, I have written for radio and television in New York, as you know, and I have guested on network shows, such as the Communist News Network's "Cross Fire," Maury Povich and Morton Downey, Jr. I did the old Joe Pyne show a few times. It's no big deal. It is a world of strutting peacocks who do not deserve the name and is not at all impressive.
It is a paradoxical world. The vacuum heads who run it regard you with condescension and disgust, but they must spew forth from their protected compounds to "cover" the fabricated story. They must circulate among you. More, when they make a foray into your neighborhood, they do not come merely to ridicule.
They come quite literally to tear the country apart, to bring it to its knees, to prepare it for submission to a totalitarian world government. They hate and contemn everything you do and believe. As soon as they leave, their smile becomes a sneer. And their reverence for Hussein has exposed them more than ever.
Their problem is that – unlike top government and financial conspirators – these media traitors of whom Goebbels would be proud, travel without bodyguards. They are relatively unprotected and accessible. Anyone inclined to take a run at them could do so. We saw a hint of what I am warning about in the recent, national campaign, when Shallow Sean Hannitwerp literally had to run to escape the heroes from We Are Change.
Indeed, some years back, at the height of forced school busing, incensed Bostonians chased Teddy Kennedy down the street. The putrid stench got inside before the crowd was able to tear him apart. Yes, these were Boston Irish Catholics who keep electing him. Imagine how mad they were if they trying to kill their hero.
In view of the temper of the people, that kind of thing could increase. Imagine seeing Chris Matthews or Mrs. Alan Greenscum (Andrea Mitchell) or Geraldo or one of the morons from the "View," or Mike Wallace, the scumbag whose show I used to write, running for their lives down Main Street. Have they defected to the other side?

The Great Birth Certificate Scandal/Cover-Up of 08 Print By Joan Swirsky Monday, 24 November 2008 ImageAnalysis: Last week, newscasters reported that al Qaedas #2 terrorist disparaged the election of Barack Obama, and hurled racial slurs at Obama himself. The report has not been confirmed by the State Department, they all said, but they reported it anyway.
Fox News reporter Carl Cameron told viewers that three anonymous insiders of Sen. McCains campaign said that Sarah Palin was, in essence, a diva and a dunce. He and dozens of others who picked up the story on other channels never identified, or even verified, the sources of the quotes, but they reported them anyway.
Contrast these shabby examples of journalism with the legions of identifiable, verifiable and credible sources who for months have been investigating the disturbing allegation that Barack Obama is ineligible for the presidency because he has failed to meet one of the three requirements that the U.S. Constitution mandates, specifically that he provide proof of his natural born U.S. citizenship.
What follows is a partial list of people and organizations that have challenged Obamas eligibility. Further on I will comment on how egregious the medias failure to cover this story has been. And last, I will speculate on the reason for the cover-up of this full-blown scandal.
Attorney Philip J. Berg, former deputy attorney general of Pennsylvania and a longtime Democrat partisan, sued Obama and the Democratic National Committee for what he alleged was the DNCs failure to vet Obama, and Obamas failure to provide an authentic and verifiable U.S. birth certificate. The suit was dismissed as "too vague" Berg filed a writ of certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court on Oct.30, to force Obama to produce his birth certificate. On Nov. 3, Justice David Souter rejected Bergs emergency appeal for the court to halt the tabulation of the 2008 presidential election results, but set a schedule for a response from Obama, the DNC and all co-defendants on or before Dec. 1. Berg claims to have a tape recording of Obamas Kenyan grandmother saying that she was present at Obamas birth in Kenya, along with his half-brother and half-sister. Here is his website.
According to WorldNetDaily, blogger Jeff Schreiber said a second case was presented to the Supreme Court on the same issue, i.e., the Federal Election Commission (FEC) has waived its right to respond to a complaint brought by attorney Philip Berg, possibly among other reasons because they liked their odds of Berg's petition getting denied. Berg said that if the FEC filed not solely on its own behalf but on behalf of the DNC and Barack Obama too, it reeks of collusion."
Dr. T.B. Bradley, a forensic psychologist, stated, as part of the Berg case, that, Upon reading all of the books written by or about Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. aka Barry Soetoro (hereinafter Obama) Applicant discerned that Obama was not a natural born citizen of the United States or if he was a natural born citizen that he had lost his citizenship when his biological mother married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia. Obama then became a citizen of Indonesia as a result of his mother's expatriation of herself and her son, by self declaration on legal public educational records that Obama was formally known as Barry Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia [and] was not US Constitutionally qualified to hold the Office of the United States Senator from Illinois or the Office of the President of the United States.
Author, radio host, blogger, and Chicago attorney Andy Martin filed a suit in Hawaii's Supreme Court to compel Gov. Linda Lingle to release a certified copy of Obama's vital statistics record. His request was denied. On Nov. 18, he petitioned a judge in Hawaii for access to Obamas original 1961 birth certificate, and reported that the judge reserved judgment. But when he arrived back in the states, he learned that Judge Bert Ayabe had dismissed the case.
Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes filed a suit with the California Secretary of State asking that the state's 55 Electoral College votes not be cast on December 15 until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. Keyes suit was filed by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, along with California Electors Wiley S. Drake and Markham Robinson. The action states: "Should Senator Obama be discovered, after he takes office, to be ineligible for the Office of President of the United States, and, thereby, his election declared void.(a) usurper will be sitting as the President of the United States, and none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders signed by him will be valid or legal." Former California Secretaries of State have reviewed background documents to verify the eligibility of candidates. In 1968, the Peace and Freedom Party submitted the name of Eldridge Cleaver as a qualified candidate for POTUS. Then Secretary of State, Frank Jordan, found that according to Cleaver's birth certificate, he was only 34 years old, one year shy of the age needed to be on the ballot. Mr. Jordan removed Mr. Cleaver from the ballot. Cleaver unsuccessfully challenged this decision to the Supreme Court of the State of California and to the Supreme Court.
Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan, a retired 23-year veteran of the Army, National Guard, and Air Force filed another suit in North Carolina, which claimed Obama should not have been on the state's election ballot because his citizenship is in doubt.
David M. Neal of Ohio filed a suit in Warren Common Pleas Court to force the Ohio Secretary of State, Jennifer Brunner, to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.
Cort Wrotnowski of Connecticut asked the court to order Secretary of State, Susan Bysiewicz, to verify Obama's citizenship before allowing the candidate to appear on the state ballot. The case was denied.
Steven Marquis filed a suit Washington State Superior Court, calling for Secretary of State, Sam Reed, to determine whether Obama is a citizen before Election Day, claiming the Hawaii birth certificate reveals neither the hospital where Obama was born nor a doctor's name the baby's footprint. The case was denied.
Rev. Tom Terry of Georgia appealed to the Georgia Supreme Court the day before the election to determine authenticity of Obama's original birth certificate and his qualifications to be president. Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter denied Terry's request for an injunction against Secretary of State Karen Handel.
Author Jerome Corsi, who has written extensively about this case, traveled to Hawaii and Kenya. He learned that the Certification of Live Birth that the Obama campaign posted is, according to the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, not the same as a Certificate of Live Birth, which authenticates Hawaiian birth.
Obama's half-sister, Maya Soetoro, has named two different Hawaii hospitals where Obama could have been born. In November 2004 she said he was born at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, but in February 2008, she said he was born in the Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children. Before the election, the Internet site, WorldNetDaily, retained a private investigator in Hawaii to visit both hospitals, but he reported that sheriff's deputies were stationed at both hospitals to fend off inquiries.
Leo C. Donofrio a retired attorney, started a website and filed a suit in New Jersey on November 3, asking Secretary of State, Nina Mitchell Wells, for an emergency stay prohibiting Obama, Sen. McCain, and Socialist Workers Party candidate Roger Calero, from appearing on New Jersey's ballot, claiming all three are not natural born citizens. On Nov. 6, Supreme Court Justice David Souter denied Donofrio's application. But the case has now entered the docket of the U.S. Supreme Court and Justice Clarence Thomas has decided to send it to conference on December 5th! This means that only 10 days before the Electoral College votes, the nine Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court will meet privately to discuss Donofrios case.
Douglas J. Hagmann, director of HomelandSecurityUS.com, has reported that 17 lawsuits in 12 states are challenging the eligibility of Obama to become the next President of the United States.
Numerous activist groups have undertaken letter-writing campaigns to the Supreme Court Justices, members of the Electoral College, and elected officials, as well as sending urgent appeals to the White House and the Department of Justice.
Websites like Citizens for the United States Constitution, We The People, PeoplesPassion, America Must Know, and Faith2Action have sprung up in passionate defense of our Constitutions integrity. The last of these has even posted the names and addresses of Electoral College members from each state, as well as an ad in The Washington Times.
Dozens of petitions, like this one, have been circulated.
And dozens of mostly-conservative writers (including Devy Kidd and Miichelle Malkin), bloggers and journalists have written about his strange case and potential Constitutional crisis, as I have in a series of articles here and here and here and here.
Coverage of the above by the media: Zero.
A DEAFENING SILENCE
It is no mystery that the leftist media have refused to mention this potentially looming Constitutional crisis in virtually all of their print and electronic coverage. Having shilled for Obama for the past two years dismissing his longtime radical associations, obfuscating his radical voting record, and taking a pass at their jobs of vetting a presidential candidate their failure to cover the most explosive story of the 2008 campaign speaks volumes about collusion of the highest order.
Then there are the late-night comics, as well as snarky humorists like Bill Maher and Jon Stewart, who take pride in being irreverent and outing both people and subjects that others avoid. Not a word.
But what about the failure of the powerful conservative media how to explain their total blackout of this story? Lets look at their reactions:
Fox News: Total Silence. Did the healthy shares that Saudi Arabia bought of Fox influence the networks non-coverage of this story? After all, its no secret which candidate the Saudis endorsed! We know that TV shows, including Fox, are on a seven-second delay, the better to bleep out offensive or inappropriate material. Doesnt it strike Fox viewers as strange that not one of their outspoken guests, even once, mentioned this story? Who warned them not to?
Rush Limbaugh: Total Silence. Why has the Excellence-in-Broadcastings Dr. of Democracy the man who eats sacred cows for breakfast not touched this story?
Mark Levin: Total Silence. Why has this popular radio host, commonly known as the Great One, abandoned his well-deserved reputation as a Constitutional scholar to studiously not address this Constitutional issue?
Laura Ingraham: Total Silence. Here is another radio powerhouse and former clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas taking pains not to mention this casenot a word!
Bill OReilly: Total Silence. Yes, the guy who claims hes just looking out for the folksvoiceless!
Sean Hannity: Total Silence. The iconic radio and TV host who tackles every controversial subject under the sunmissing in action!
I could go on and on, but you get the picture. The very people the so-called loyal opposition who should have been shouting this story from the rooftops for months on end went mute. Ordinarily they would be the first to tell you that our Republic has no more precious document than the U.S. Constitution a document that set the stage for the greatest experiment in human freedom since the beginning of recorded history. People like me and multi-millions of others are aware of what happens when the salami tactics of tyrants are employed in the service of leftwing ideology.
First, there is a charismatic character promising change and hope, but who changes his tune once in power. Second there is a whittling down of the laws of the land and the arrogant dismissal of the documents on which the nation was founded. Third there is the blacking-out of all media that disagree with Dear Leaders message. And fourth there is the rounding-up and incarceration or worse of all dissidents.
This is not theory. This is history. But while both left and right media thought it appropriate to comment at length about Obamas seven-page for those seeking work in his administration a probing that makes a Pap Test, Questionnaire mammogram, colonoscopy, and endoscopy in one visit seem mild by comparison not one of these cowardly journalists has asked the simple question: Mr. Obama, where is your birth certificate?
Or were they not cowards but patriots?
SCROUNGING FOR ANSWERS
Ive written several books, not one of them fictional. And thousands of articles, not one of them based on sinister suspicions or conspiracy theories. But the case of the U.S. medias complete non-coverage of this major story has gotten me to speculate on what or who may be behind this phenomenon. What force could be so powerful as to silence our countrys putative guardians of free speech the titans of the Fourth Estate?
Perhaps the mystery goes back to 2004, when President Bush won his second term in office and in his first press conference in the White House said that he had "earned political capital and intended to spend it."
Then suddenly and inexplicably he went into a year-long hibernation. He rarely appeared in public and gave no major speeches. Finally he reemerged albeit weakly in late November or early December of 2005
Could it be that shortly after the presidents reelection, he and major government officials received highly credible evidence from Americas ruthless Islamist enemies that they had a number of devastating (probably nuclear suitcase) weapons set up and ready to be activated in as many as six-to-10 of our major cities unless he (the president) tacked left and played nice for the following two years?
Was America taken hostage?
The president, one could speculate, had only two choices: (1) play chicken and possibly sacrifice the lives of millions of Americans and the destruction of major American cities, or (2) opt for the lesser of two evils, the second being to pave the way for a dangerous Trojan Horse qualified or not to capture the White House.
Could it be that the media blackout of the most explosive story of any presidential election in American history has been choreographed by none other than the current POTUS the most powerful man in the entire world? This would certainly explain why President Bush has not been himself since January 20, 2005. It would also explain why the all-powerful media have taken his marching orders including the New York Times, which takes particular pleasure in undermining and sabotaging the president, even when it comes to national security issues.
If this happened, it would have had to involve the highest echelon in our intelligence services, who might have paid personal visits to publishers throughout the United States, as well as to top TV and radio executives, who themselves would have passed down iron-clad orders to their anchors, broadcasters, even comedians to follow the blackout order or face Draconian consequences.
On November 4 Election Day the Dow was above 9,000. It is now plummeting, suggesting that even the globalists among us prefer tax cuts and capitalism to tax hikes and not creeping but galloping socialism or what the esteemed Dr. Jack Wheeler insists is fascism.
Buyers remorse is in the air. America has been hijacked. What a price we will pay if the Supreme Court and the Electoral College abandon their oaths to uphold the U.S. Constitution by capitulating as the media have to our enemies. God Save America!
